We all know the power and influence of the peas. Fake Bake arrived yesterday from the suggestion of a pea. It is a fake tanner. I used the Jergans glow before and the Sally Hansen one before. Can't wait to give this a try. It has great reviews. Anyone else make a purchase recently because of the peas?

I have bought things in the past that I was totally happy with...but the latest one not so much.
I wasn't well a few months ago and was looking for some light reading. A few people on the reading threads recommended 'On The Island' as a light quick read.
GAH it was awful. It could have been written by a teenager. I kept hoping it would get a little better but it just got cornier as it went on. I hated it.

This may be TMI but there was a thread over 3 years ago about feminine hygiene. Prior to the post I had always used some type of BBW soap. It was on that thread that I learned the difference between feminine wash, like Summers Eve, and soap. Wow, I am amazed at the difference and I'll never go back to soap again! Love the peas

Slight highjack: Okay, so now my interested is peaked. What is the difference? Do you have a link to the original thread?

Hmm, I will check, if not, I'll give you the quick explanation. Your Ph balance is affected by soap and it causes more odor than when using a feminine awash. I haven't had a yeast infection since using it and I got them on a regular basis. Would never go back to soap again!

Biotin supplements to encourage hair re-growth (actually eyelashes mainly) but haven't seen any improvement yet after a couple of months. I'm taking 100% RDA.

What is BB cream and what do you use it on?

It's blemish balm or beauty balm and it's a combination of (depending on what brand you buy) light foundation, moisturiser, sun block and skin care. A kind of all in one product for the face.

Today, I will be colouring outside the lines.

LOVE it! I can't believe what a difference this made to my skin tone. It is not expensive, available everywhere, and a little goes a long way.

Blinc mascara. I love it! I have red hair and pale, pale eyelashes, so I really like the staying power. And no black shadows under my eyes or black goop in the corner of my eyes.

I was sick a few weeks ago and didn't take my makeup off or shower for three days. My lashes looked great! The rest of me was disgusting, but my lashes were beautiful.

BB cream. I wanted a tinted moisturizer anyway, and the more sunscreen I can get, the better.

I have severe allergies, so I stayed with Clinique. I also have extremely pale skin, and Clinique had the best fair color choices. I loved how I looked in the store.

I bought the clinique when they had bonus week and also bought Estee Lauder's midnight repair serum and got the Lily Pulizer for Estee Lauder bonus. I put all of it in the gorgeous Lily Pulizer make up bag when I was on the sofa. My dh was cleaning up, and accidentally put the bag somewhere. We can't find it. I'm so thankful he helps so much around the house because I am so sick, but it's driving us crazy that we can't find it.
