This morning I went in to add to it and it is GONE! EMPTY!!! I'm definitely logged in but my bucket is empty and now I can't remember what I had in it!!!!! Anyone else missing their bucket contents?? Any way to get it back???

Then go up to the top and click on the arrow by your name. Click 'orders and carts'. You should find it there and can activate that cart so you can continue shopping on that list.

That worked for me! I am glad somebody asked, because I would have never known that I needed to "activate" my cart!

Mine was de-activated, too, and I've not had that happen before. Wonder if there was some sort of reset that 2Ps did. Glad it wasn't gone for good!

I had about 7 things in mine and they are gone. Even when I 'activate'. Oh well saving me money!

I had this happen before and now realize I have 3 older carts I didn't realize were there LOL.
Glad to hear I don't have to start over this time though.

Deactivate that cart. Then to left hit current cart and it will pull up the one you have activated. Can only have one active at a time.

What I usually do is "merge" current cart with the older cart.

I knew I had a cart of stuff but couldn't remember what I had in it. It must have been archived because I found it using Shimelle's tip. Thanks btw.
So I placed an order for the new stuff, found my cart that I had been saving up and placed a second order. Both were just over $50 so I got the free shipping on both. Hope my husband doesn't notice two boxes in one day.

Now, how do I keep two carts going at once? That would solve the problem when I want to add something to my cart if I've been inspired (by the Garden girls, for example) but don't want to check out right away.

I have heard about this happening to people over the years and just went in and it happened to me. I also could not reactivate my cart. I tried and now there is only one thing in there and is the item that I added so my cart would come up. I couldn't get my cart to come up by clicking on it like you are supposed to. I tried to order during the last sale but I couldn't add anything to my cart. I tried on my phone and it worked but not on the computer. I couldn't order through my phone as I have a credit on my account from a mess up on my last order and on the phone the credit didn't show up.
I love to keep a lot of things in my cart for when I have some extra time and money. When I see something I like I add it. I like to keep a lot of things in my cart - all gone - only one item that I don't want and I checked it on my phone and it is the same item. It is really frustrating. I also have NOT moved a lot of things to my wishlist lately.
Whatever you do if you are having an issue don't click on merge then it is gone for good - very frustrating.
