I've been compiling my "must haves" in my bucket, as I do every month, waiting until I have over $50 to place my order. This morning I went in to add to it and it is GONE! EMPTY!!! I'm definitely logged in but my bucket is empty and now I can't remember what I had in it!!!!! Anyone else missing their bucket contents?? Any way to get it back???

Breathe.

Then go up to the top and click on the arrow by your name. Click 'orders and carts'. You should find it there and can activate that cart so you can continue shopping on that list.

That worked for me! I am glad somebody asked, because I would have never known that I needed to "activate" my cart!

Thanks!

This is great to know! I've had that happen before but I'd just assumed it was gone.

Mine was de-activated, too, and I've not had that happen before. Wonder if there was some sort of reset that 2Ps did. Glad it wasn't gone for good!

Thank you Shimelle! So, we can have more than 1 cart? Would be good, because I like to keep a "saving up" cart, but I think those digital items might need buying *now*...

I had about 7 things in mine and they are gone. Even when I 'activate'. Oh well saving me money!

Thanks Shimelle. That worked!

I had this happen before and now realize I have 3 older carts I didn't realize were there LOL.

Glad to hear I don't have to start over this time though.

Thank you Shimelle...you really ARE a superhero!!! I had 20++ items in my cart and my not-as-young-as-I-used-to-be brain could NOT remember what those items were!!!

Why does the reactivation work for some & not others (including me ) - is there a way to make sure your cart is saved each time?

Deactivate that cart. Then to left hit current cart and it will pull up the one you have activated. Can only have one active at a time.

Reactivating didn't work for me either. Lost whatever I had in my cart.

What I usually do is "merge" current cart with the older cart.

We've learned this is happening for customers who are moving products from carts to wish lists and vice versa. So sorry about that! We will be discussing how we can improve the (old) wishlist system, though I'm not sure how soon that will be just yet. Yes, you should be able to retrieve your cart if you go to the 'My Shopping' section under your username in the top right and activate whichever cart it is you'd like to check out. Thanks and so sorry for any trouble!

Is it wrong that I placed an order for all the new SC stuff and then read this thread and placed another order?

I knew I had a cart of stuff but couldn't remember what I had in it. It must have been archived because I found it using Shimelle's tip. Thanks btw.

So I placed an order for the new stuff, found my cart that I had been saving up and placed a second order. Both were just over $50 so I got the free shipping on both. Hope my husband doesn't notice two boxes in one day.

Thanks for posting this...I didn't know that I could reactivate a different cart!

Now, how do I keep two carts going at once? That would solve the problem when I want to add something to my cart if I've been inspired (by the Garden girls, for example) but don't want to check out right away.

Is there any way to recover your cart from the 2Peas iPhone app? Or do you have to log in to the official website?

I have heard about this happening to people over the years and just went in and it happened to me. I also could not reactivate my cart. I tried and now there is only one thing in there and is the item that I added so my cart would come up. I couldn't get my cart to come up by clicking on it like you are supposed to. I tried to order during the last sale but I couldn't add anything to my cart. I tried on my phone and it worked but not on the computer. I couldn't order through my phone as I have a credit on my account from a mess up on my last order and on the phone the credit didn't show up.

I love to keep a lot of things in my cart for when I have some extra time and money. When I see something I like I add it. I like to keep a lot of things in my cart - all gone - only one item that I don't want and I checked it on my phone and it is the same item. It is really frustrating. I also have NOT moved a lot of things to my wishlist lately.

Whatever you do if you are having an issue don't click on merge then it is gone for good - very frustrating.
