I agree with Andrea - I just finish it as best as I can & move on. If I absolutely hate it, I might start over & there have been times I finished a page later when I had time to figure out how to fix what I didn't like. But mostly, I just know that not every page is going to be gallery worth!

I sit and stare at it until I figure out what I don't like or like about it. I do a mental list of what I like about the page and what I don't like about the page. I sometimes have the layout on my desk for days. and every time I walk by I stare at it so I can do my mental list.... Sometimes it is easy and other times it isn't so easy.
Once I figure it out if it is the background paper I will take undo (scrappers best friend) and take everything off the paper and start over with a new background paper.
I usually don't start adhering anything until I like it all......

..yup just happened to me yesterday! I usually look at it and try to figure out what isn't working for me. Like mentioned in previous posts, I find it helpful to walk away and look at it with "fresh eyes". I usually don't finish a page in one sitting anyways. If I still can't figure out exactly what I don't like, sometimes I take a picture of the page so I can look at it from a different perspective rather than up close in my hands.
