tHE WINNER FOR THIS ROUND IS....

PASSION4SCRAPPIN!!!!!

Prompts will now be open for two weeks!

I've decided to host a bi-weekly (twice a month) challenge thread here at Two Peas. The more you play, the more chances you have to win a small scrapping goody from me (and some others who are donating prizes!!) and the more pages you will get done!

Please link up your creation in this thread for a chance to win and I will also have a challenge box you can check during the upload process.
Look for **Stash Busters Challenge**

**You can combine all these prompts. Each prompt you use is good for one chance to win...so use 3 prompts on one layout = 3 chances to win!***

We all like to get comments on our pages so if you are playing along please try to find the time to return the favor!

**********************************************************************
Deadline for these challenges are MONDAY June 17th by 11:59 pm PST

*********************************************************************

Prompt #1

Use a combination of (at least 2)stars and stripes on a layout. This doesn't have to be a patriotic layout. It can be pink stars and a green striped paper!

I found this page in the gallery. Leave marshaf some love

HERE

Prompt #2

Use this layout as inspiration. Page by Michele Unruh. Source: Scraptastic blog

I love the page design , the color combo and all the little extras! She actually has 2 stars and some striped (grid) paper on here too!

Prompt # 3

Do some stamping on your page! Every kit club I belong to sends me stamps every month. I hardly ever use them!

I went back and looked at some Two Peas classes from 2011 that Nichol Magouirk did. Here's a link to a few videos:

stamped borders:

May 2011

Stamping titles and subtitles: January 2011

Here's one of Nichol's layout's from the January class gallery.

Please note the stars and stripes!

I also love this page that has some stamping on it by Nikki H. Link

here

Prompt # 4

Use any of these manufacturers. Paper or embellishments.

*Basic Grey
*Cosmo Cricket
*Sassafras Lass
*October Afternoon
*Prima
*Webster's Pages
*Making Memories
*Echo Park

I found this page by Bronte10 LINK in the gallery using some old Cosmo Cricket. Love the page design too.

LINK

This page by Audreykit HERE (leave her some love!)
uses Sassafras

Prompt # 5
Complete any Two Peas challenge. If the challenge is still open, it's valid.

I am hoping to get some scrapping done this weekend. There is a few weeks break from the soccer fields and then there will just be Friday night games for the summer which frees up a lot of time on the weekends!

Hello everyone! I haven't been scrapping at all. I think LOAD in May burnt me out. I do need to make some invitations for my DD's high school grad party so there's that and I had to make like 6 cards this past week for teachers etc.

I also promise to pick a winner today for last time. I have really been slacking off!

Happy Saturday!

Hi, folks.

I'm finishing off my last few pages for LOAD - everything seemed to fall in that last week of the month and I wasn't home to scrap. So I've had a lovely afternoon sat catching myself up and now I'm just one LO away from my full 31! Feels great, even if I'm a week behind.

So here are my LOs for today:

* The Daily Routine - prompts 3 (stamped subtitle), 4 (OA, Prima & Webster's), 5 (GG, colour palette)

* Pretentious Dining - prompts 4 (Webster's) and 5 (GG, colour palette)

Hi everyone!

Sorry I've been MIA but I have not been very motivated to craft after the craziness that was NSD. LOL! And unfortunately, I haven't been feeling well which has made scrapbooking a little challenging but hoping all will be better soon.

I did leave some love but need to go back to leave some more praise. You all have been busy! Love seeing all the creativity here.

This is for the stamping prompt (title) and if chevrons count as stripes, then the stripes and stars prompt too. TFL!

Hi, everyone.

Sorry I've been MIA for the last little while - this has been the latest week of school for the academic year and I've been busy sending off students and their families and doing staff study days. Busy, busy! But now I'm officially on summer holidays, my big order of summer scrapbooking goodies have arrived and I'm ready to get crafty!

Here's my LO from today:

Only one for me this go-round. It incorporates Prompt #1 - Use at least 2 stars and stripes (My stripes are on the October Afternoon journaling spot. Lame I know! I had a rolodex diecut that had stripes on it but I just couldn't make it work. So, Maryanne, if this isn't enough stripes don't put in a "ticket" for me for Prompt #1!!); Prompt #3 - Stamp and Prompt #4 - I used 3 October Afternoon journaling spots. I am especially jazzed that I found a use for some of those dreaded eyelets (in the banner) that have been taking up room in my stash!!! TFL!

This is for prompt #2. I was inspired by the layering, the use of the file folder tabs, the placement of the title, and the brads at the top (which are Basic Grey). I changed the orientation to go with the picture.

Just wanted to say "thanks" for the challenges and letting me play. They really helped inspire and stretch my creativity a bit. Not sure how much I will get to participate in the next set, as I am leaving on vacation tomorrow through the 27th. But I will be looking and leaving some love as much as I can. Meanwhile, let me just say, that in a few short hours...SCHOOL'S OUT-FOR-SUMMER! Yay!!!
