So... are they getting the either or both? I want them both. I haven't seen anything to that effect. The price is a bit steep but let me tell you. I spent this last weekend cutting up papers in 4X6 and 3X4 and it was a long process. I think a punch may be faster for larger project. What do you all think?

That is a very steep price. I agree. I can't justify that purchase at all. But I find that my ZUTTER DREAMKUTS serves me well for 4 x 6 and 3 x 4 cuts. Its precise and quick. One of my favorite tools.

I would think 2Peas will get at least the 3x4 punch. I had heard they would be released in June but I haven't seen them anywhere, so I e-mailed WRMK and they said the 3x4 punch will be out sometime in July. I don't care how much it costs...I NEED IT!

I cut about 200 sheets of paper down to 4x6 and 3x4 pieces.
It took me very little time with my Fiskars Anvil trimmer

I would think that a punch would take longer, be a lot more difficult and waster paper.
Why not just use a trimmer?

As for doing the corners, there are corner trimmers that do more than one paper at a time.
They are a little pricey but do worth it, if you continually do a lot if corner trimming

Otherwise the corner chomper works great

D Twinkle, I have thought of the wasted paper issue. So I am swayed both ways. But as hard as I try, my papers cut with my trimmer aren't all the same size. Maybe the paper is a bit off the 12X12 and more than likely it is me So I would like all of my cards to be the same size using the punch. But treyaut makes a good point about using my my Cameo to make cards. Things to ponder...

I agree, having completely uniform sizes and corners is very appealing to me, plus I would use it a lot on photos, rather than spending all the time that I do, cropping and making them fit two to a 4x6. etc. I find that my time is worth the money, but I probably will be patient and wait until these are available where I can use a coupon.

I will buy the 3x4 punch for sure. I would prefer it just for cutting down photos that I want to be 3x4 and not have to worry they I will trim the wrong side.

I don't think I would use a 4x6 punch but I may change my mind.
I do not want the rounded corners one. I want the 3x4 with 90 degree corners. Can't wait.

I love the smell of card stock in the morning.....

The Movie poster that is my avatar is very special cause my husband is in it and it won best film at the Canadian Film Festival in 2012. See it......It's super funny.

At first I didn't think I needed this. But now, I kind of want it specifically for cutting photos to 3x4. I seem to have serious issues with cutting the correct amount of off each side so the photo is centered. The punch with the clear top will really help with that.

I'm thinking the same thing. At first I didn't want the punch, I can cut and round cardstock easy enough but photos....this is what I'd use it for!

Yes, definitely for photos! I am horrible at cutting those down and centering what I want centered.
