It's beautiful, but not at all my style. I tend more towards vintage/shabby chic. Ok, I actually tend more towards cluttered and chaotic, but I aim for vintage/shabby chic

That is awesome. The only thing I don't like about it is a few plastic storage items. I don't like anything plastic out where I can see it on a daily basis. But it's fab fo sho!

Very pretty!

Would totally not function for me. If I cannot see what I have, I would never use it . Too many cabinets!

I do love how everything has its own space - sewing, die cutting, etc.

I am so glad I am not the only one with those thoughts.
But yes it does look very spacious, organized and modern, very modern

Lot's of ideas to use there. I'd like to put my printer on a pull out.

Could I really take my stamps out of the clam shells and just sort them into drawers by catagory?

Seats for visitors would be inviting.

And, it would be really nice to have space for pretty things and not just functional storage.

baseball is love.

I agree with that. I love all the storage and flat spaces, but I would re decorate it.

There are things that aren't exactly "me" but give me that space and I could easily add a few personal touches.

Whoa! I am re-doing my craft space as we turned a closet that had a window into a work space. It does not look like that, lol!!
It makes me wonder what all I'd do with a large budget to create or re-create a craft space?

OMGEEEEEE!!!! I keep telling hubby we need to finish the attic. It has perfect space for a craft room and a TV/Game room. I would create this space and then never leave. Gorgeous! My favorite part is all the personal touches that make it feel comfortable. Love it!!

Great way to use those bonus rooms above the garages for sure!! That would be my dream house/scrap room to have a bonus room above the garage with dormers with windows for extra natural lighting. I like traipsing through model homes and always joke with my hubby - telling him the bonus room would be mine. He says it would be his for his man cave. Fun to dream, right?

Now what?

Wow. That is a very lucky crafter! Do you think if you get a room like that, it comes with a full-time cleaner? I am such a messy crafter that it wouldn't look like that five minutes after the design people left and then I would be so sad.

But I'll also say: her craft room is bigger than my entire home. I am now imagining turning my entire home into craft space. Obviously it wouldn't be very practical, but in my mind it is SO COOL.

plus there is no room for friends, kids, grand kids , etc. maybe when she's creating in there, and there's a bit of a mess, it has more personality?!

Now, where did I put those roller skates?!

I would love to have that space, but what I have found out, is that I am kind of a lazy scrapbooker. If I can't reach it without getting in and out of my chair to go get it, I sometimes just don't use it, so having all that paper WAY OVER there, or my embellishments way over THERE would not work so well. I would however use that space for "stations", since I also sew and crochet, I could see have a sewing area, and another spot for yarns and a comfy spot to sit and crochet/read.

It's presented nicely, but I could never create anything. Everything is too far away, and too stark. I'm a fan of white, but there's no colour or visual interest to spark your creativity. It's more of the "magazine look run amok" to me than a true creative space.

It's also bigger than my entire house, so blegh. I'll stick with my nice, organised corner of the kitchen. At least I have a window now I'm out of the closet.

I just love the clean, uncluttered, spaciousness of it.

It is very pretty but too modern and "clean" for my style. I am another "vintage" girl. I do love the large wooden buttons on the wall though. Those would be great in the sewing area of my room. Now where to find them.
