I'll stick with my Selphy! Good deals to be found at B & H with free shipping. I'm not affiliated with them just purchased my Selphy from them in Jan. of this year. They have free shipping too.

It looks like a fun little gadget. I would pick it up if the price-point was lower. Just a little to pricey for me!

Really......I'll stick with my Silhouette Cameo and Canon Selphy. I never heard them say how many we're flying of the the shelves like they usually do.

Ok, I recorded the show and watching it now. Cute label maker but no way for PL and NO WAY for $200 considering how expensive the refills are. I could see myself mostly using this to label my 9 year old's school and camp items, but not much more. I know me.....I would be thinking about the cost per print. Seriously disappointed in marketing scam by using our scrapbook favorites to market for them/raising the price.

Zink system has been out there for a while.. It's nothing new. I have a polaroid zink printer since 2008, and there were others before. Mine prints the same zink sticker back paper, 2x3", and I got it for less than 60$. There's a new one that prints 3x4" and use Zink paper, and is about 90-100$ ( There's even an Lg one (, that works with iPhone too. The quality is just ok, in my opinion. But is a cool gadget to have at parties, weddings.. The last wedding I went to I've printed a few picts with my Pogo and gave the bride, she was happy

If the system has been out for awhile and is cheaper in other, larger formats why is this ZINK hAppy so expensive? I don't get it...

I did not see it, I forgot to watch and I'm so glad I did! It sounds like a big fat waste of money and during this economy I am surprised manufacturers would go to market with such a money waster, really? Is this what they think of scrapbookers? Are we a bunch of mindless shoppers? I thought we proved to the industry that we may spend, but we try to be careful in your purchases and like a lot of value for what we spend our money on. Really? I'm insulted! I stopped buying from HSN with the last LIS B. Glitter paper debacle, they are sales people of course they will sale you anything! I am so proud of the ladies who took the time to research the Zink and shared their findings with us, so we did not have to! You ladies Rock!

I just REALLY hope this is a total flop for Zink Co. I mean, really! People, don't give in to the marketing.

why is this ZINK hAppy so expensive?

I think it is because it is wireless. You have a picture on your phone, click print from your phone and it prints on the hAppy. Also, because of the App that works on tablets and phones.

I didn't buy it because I don't need a $200 sticker maker that makes 1-2 inch pictures. I like the concept of the printer just would like it to print up to 4x6 or larger pics without having to do picture strips.

They sold over 6,300 of them so I don't think it was a bust. That's insanely expensive to charge over $220 for a sticker maker.

I have been looking for a way to print all my iphone5 pics and saw this and ordered it-then I came here and read everyone's comments and quickly cancelled it.

I have so many pics on my iphone and want to do a First Year Project life book for my 9mo old granddaughters first birthday- What would yall recommend as far as a printer that would print my iphone pics? The selphy?

You can dump your iPhone pics on your computer like you would any other camera and then print them on whatever printer you regularly use or send them out for printing. You don't need a special printer for iPhone pics. If you use PSE or similar, you can edit, crop, etc. however you want.

I spend a half hour or so making templates in PSE that I can just drop my Instagram and phone camera shots into, and print out on 4x6 paper with my regular printer. Price per 2x2 printing on my Epson is about .05 vs. .22 cents per 2x2 with the Zink (not including the price of the printer itself) As much as I love the concept, I'd be using the teeny photos for scrapbooking anyway, so I figure I just saved myself $200 that I can spend on pretty new paper from CHA!

If this is anything like the Polaroid Pogo forget it. I have one and the pictures always came out streaky.

Actually, even the Lg zink printer is wireless and work with the iPhone too (there's a specific app)... And costs waaaaay less. ( The polaroid one has Bluetooth, so will work with any android/computer with Bluetooth capability.

I am totally baffled as to why this printer was brought to market. I am on the hunt for a more portable printer than my regular one, but no way would I buy something that doesn't print 3X4 and 4X6!

Removing my original comment. The description says the LG Pocket Photo doesn't work with iPhone but I found a reviewer that showed that it does. The Amazon description needs to be updated!
