own? And are some more compatible than others? My daughter chose "Bloom" and I really wanted, "Kraft."

Any advice?

You must mean Blush?

I have 6 core kits total. Some I've used, but still have cards leftover, etc. I don't see a problem using different kits throughout an album. You don't use the same paper line when scrapbooking a traditional 12x12 album do you? Personally, I have lots of non BH products that I like to use in my divided protectors. I'm just all across the board with my protector shapes/sizes and the products I use in my albums.

I've never seen one called Bloom.
Where is it from?

Although I've occasionally included 4x6 divided page protectors (for additional photos/memorabilia of an event) with 12x12 layouts, I don't actually scrap PL-style. I've split several core kits (Honey, Midnight, Kraft, & Vintage Travel) & mini kits (Baby Boy, Childhood, Holidays, Seasons) with several scrappers & use the handful of cards from each kit on traditional layouts as tags, journaling cards, etc. I look forward to the newly-released themed journaling card sets being available later this month.

IMHO the Blush core kit could easily be paired with other kits with white-backgrounds, such as Honey (bright primary/secondary colors) or Midnight (neutral black/white/yellow). HTH.

I have Kraft and Midnight and I bought them hoping they would match well and in my opinion, they do. I'd suggest checking the FSOT board, you can pick up a partial for cheap.

I have Olive, clementine, 5th and frolic, honey, blush and I get the Studio Calico PL kits. I also have come cards from Simple stories and Pebbles. I mix everything up. I might make one page or spread themed or color coordinated, but I don't think the whole book needs to be done in one style or set of colors. That's part of what I like about PL... each little pocket can be it's own "page" and things can be totally random, and they match in all the randomness. If that makes sense.

I have Seafoam for this year, the Baby For Him (full) and a partial of Honey.

I like that Seafoam is minimalist and easy to embellish but, don't care for the b&w pieces. The Baby kit is just beautiful. Honey is my most recent and I was thrilled at just how lovely it is un person. I'm actually thinking about getting the full kit now!

I own Kraft, 5th and Frolic, Cinnamon, Blush, Vintage Traveler, Honey, Midnight and Amber. I think that the Midnight kit is the most neutral and versatile.

I only have 1, honey and the holiday mini. I'm not letting myself buy more than that. At least I'm trying. I store them in the box they came in. Its easy and portable that way. I want more but I need to budget and use what I have. I haven't let myself get carried away with perfectionism. Normally I hate my handwriting, but I'm journaling anyway!
