Finally opened up my JAC and 6 of the 4x6's and 1 of the 4x4's have tears that have ripped off the top layer of the card.

And then I opened up the Holiday edition I bought at Michael's last week. The 4x6 cards are great, but the 4x3 cards are all from the Baby edition. And can I find my receipt? No, of course not.

I don't even know if its worth it to complain about the ripped cards, or who I would even contact. UGH.

Three of my 2x2 cards from jac were also torn on top. Oddly, they were all in the middle of the stack and who knows how it happened?

Honestly, though, don't hold your breath waiting. I contacted her about some missing cards in Vintage Travel and despite being very clear in my email, she sent me the ones I already had. I'm still waiting, almost a month later, for her to correct the problem.

From now on, if I decide to buy another PL kit, I'm going to open it in the car and know if it's all there before I even leave the store parking lot. Grrr...

Something seriously went wrong this time around with AC don't know if its all the products they can't handle or what but I have never seen so many complaints from one company with damaged products! Michaels should be able to exchange it for you without a receipt because its a damaged product if they don't.. Then speak with a manger because you shouldn't have to have a receipt for a damaged item!

I bought a small pack of Design A protectors at our local Michael's a few weeks ago, opened em up, and they were all actually mislabelled design B protectors -- or whichever is the same as Design A but flipped 90 degrees, with vertical 4x6s up the sides. Something has gone seriously, seriously awry at American Crafts, not just with their PL product but with pretty much every other line that's come out this season. What a nightmare!

At Michael's, you don't need a receipt. Take it back, explain. They will give you back the lowest price it was sold for in the last 60 days, though.

I finally received a response from Ms Miller at AC regarding the missing Last Page cards from my PL Vintage Travel kit.

Did she send me the missing cards? Of course not, despite my having sent her a picture to clarify the situation.

She sent me a handful of cards (3x4, 4x6, bi-fold, Title cards, etc.); everything but the two that are missing. No note or anything; just the cards stuffed in an envelope.

I'm sending them back. I don't want a bunch of stuff I already have because you are too lazy to look at the picture, realize what is missing, and actually send me the right ones.

I hope the rest of you have better luck than I have but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.
