Last year a friend went as a "Chick Magnet." Simple, regular clothes with cut-out paper chicks attached to him.

Just what is this obsession with ADULT costumes for this awful pagan "celabration"??? At the best its a rather nasty celabration of the dead!
I just don't get "Happy Halloween"! What is it that being "celebrated"??

Thanks for offering the costume idea of a fun sucker. Perhaps instead of getting your panties in a twist over harmless fun you could work on your spelling.

OP: My DH went as a Lego minifig one year and it was a big hit!

Last year my husband went as Iron Man. I made "Fe" out of fabric and ironed them onto a plain white t-shirt with fusible webbing.

DH is going to be Hip Heisenberg. He has a goatee, cool Prada glasses, and the porkpie hat (that he's had for ages.)

If we go to a party, I'm going to be pregnant Skyler. Or maybe Jesse, so I can say, "Yo, bitch!" all night.

From the post of the first quote, the pea is from NE Spain, so I don't think that she is accustomed to USA traditions/celebrations.

In many Hispanic countries, Oct. 31 and Nov.1 have significant religious or spiritual background, involving the celebration of the dead. Maybe I am wrong, however, it isn't kind to call out someone as a 'fun sucker' if they don't know about this holiday in the Western World.

Enjoy dressing up,

Please ignore my spelling mistakes

Maybe the handslap wasn't necessary, but Jillt1405 wasnt exactly polite in asking her question either. She could have asked without the rude bits in her question. Just sayin.

Yeah....I'll doubt that. I have a good friend in Barcelona and there is plenty of festivals and dressing up that goes on.

Could he pull together a costume that looks like the fox in the video "What Does the Fox Say?" He'd get a lot of laughs.

Is he willing to go in drag? He could be Flo from the Progressive insurance commercials.

Some friends of mine did this a few years ago. She went as Flo and he went as the Caveman. It was pretty funny.

He could glue a rubber knife to his posterior and put a crown on and go as a Royal Pain in the Ass.

Sniedley Wiplash.

Mind went blank.
