|Posted: 12/22/2013 5:02:26 AM|What was your favorite trend in scrapbooking in 2013.
What do you think Will be a hit in 2014?
For me the water color trend hit me hard this year
Next year is still a surprise. Perhaps the bright and vibrant colors we see ind the CHA sneaks will be a hit?

I agree with the enamel dots and artsy (like Wilna's style) were big things in 2013.
I think some of the artsy things will carry over to 2014.

Enamel dots, gold, and 3x4 cards. I'm not using the latter for pocket scrapbooking, but I am using tons of those cards for journaling on my 12x12 pages.

My favorite trend is the gold and I think it will continue. Not a fan of the watercolor look, but it looks like it is going to be here for a bit. I have been using the enamel dots for so long that I didn't notice it was a new trend lol!
I think we will see more photorealistic papers, and if fashion trends translate to scrapbook trends, plaid and more plaid. Hoping to see some fresh takes on classic themes. I love winter CHA because the colors are so pretty and I love spring, summer and travel lines.
|Posted: 12/23/2013 1:16:26 PM|I looooooooved the chalk board trend. I also like the artsy/wilna style.

For 2014, I wonder if we'll see more of those little puffy stickers in the lines. I saw Glitter Girl use them in an episode. And I've been thinking I really need to get some.
2013 -- Love arrows (but I've used arrows for years), wood veneers, have the gold (but haven't used it yet), and my heart goes pitter patter for flairs!

Watercolors, sequins and puffy stickers were my favorite...as well as the retro/vintage Christmas lines like OA's Eggnog. Hoping to see more of this trend in 2014.
