Baked chicken & veggies (probably potatoes, carrots and green beans baked in the oven with some dry Italian seasoning on them). It's quick and easy and not hard to clean up.

I have breakfast burritos planned, but my Dh passed his range test for work (only shoots a gun once a year during training) and passed so I am thinking we should get take out from our favorite Hawaiian place instead

I'm recovering from a stomach bug, so I had a half a bowl of raisin bran and a piece of toast. Dinner of champions.

I made Crock Pot Chicken & Dumplings for the first time and it got great reviews. I had left over Chickpea Ratatouille, also the first time I've eaten/prepared it.
