I am searching for a good armband for my iphone 4.
I would use it for running and exercising both. I enjoy listening to music while running because running isn't my favorite past time, so it helps to pass some time.

I have done a search, but have found such a wide range - I thought I would just come and ask for personal opinions of those who may have actually tried different bands.

Prices range so drastically too.

So tell me what you do and don't like about specific armbands please. I am smaller framed, so I also worry about the band size, and it staying in place during exercise and running.

I use this to hold my phone when I run and clip my old little iPod Shuffle to my clothing for music. I don't like the feel of the strap around my arm when I'm running. I thought the waist pack might bother me too but it doesn't. It's got some stretch in it so it's comfortable and doesn't bounce without being too tight. I also tuck my key and a small bag to clean up after my dog just in case.
