I have had my Slice for a few years and just recently upgraded to the Elite. I have most of the design cards that I want from the past few years but am wondering if there are any really great older cards that I should seek out on ebay or wherever. Are there any older cards that you are in love with?

The Spring Card is my favourite. Lots of flowers and butterflies with a great font. |

EclecticStuff, I keep looking at the "Spring" card but can't make up my mind to buy it. I'll have to take another look.
therevolution, I know a lot of people love "Noteworthy" but I actually just gave mine away because I didn't use it that much. I wasn't that attached to the alphas and found that many of the other shapes were in similar form on other cards I have.

I have an extra Basic Shapes 2 I would be happy to give you if send me a SASE. It's not super exciting, but it would be practically free. |

Jenny Lilac, thanks for the offer but I don't need that one.
Hmmmm...another vote for "Spring".

Do you LOVE the Elite? I also have the Slice, my son bought it for me several years ago for Christmas. But I haven't gotten many cards for it.
I will be watching this thread for card ideas.
Sorry I can't help but if you have time I'd love to know your thoughts on the Elite.

sandy1958, yes I like it. It's quieter and faster and you don't have to do blade adjustments. It can also cut a wider range of materials. The upgrade is nice but I don't think it's as big of a difference as others have. But I never had some of the difficulties with my original Slice that other people have, so maybe that's why.
If you're looking for more cards, I would look around on line a bit. You can find some of them pretty cheap right now, since Making Memories sold the Slice brand. I've gotten a few cards that I had wanted recently for as little as 10 to 12 dollars. Some of my favorites are "Bravissimo", "Green Thumb", "Hit the Road" "Remember This" and "Grandma's Attic"
