I have tried downloading the program several times and my Norton keeps deleting it saying that it's not safe. I can't get around this and I'm so frustrated. I use to have it on my computer and now I can get to it. Is there any other way to get a program like this?

I have Norton and Photosheet... Mine has never had a problem with it. Could be your particular settings are set too "safe"

I got to do LOTS of pc cleanup when I tried to download it from a public download site--very bad idea! However, when I downloaded it from the photility.com site (the creator, I believe) the process was problem free. Accept no substitute sources, download from photility only! Love photosheet!

I have Norton and had no problem downloading photosheet about 3 weeks ago in order to get the updates. I also downloaded it about a year ago, again with Norton, with no problems.

I have both also and had no problems! I love this program! I was afraid I would not be able to figure it out, but I did with no problems!

I also have Norton Antivirus and have had no problems at all downloading Photosheet directly from the Photility site. The program works great and no computer issues.

Thanks. I wonder if it is because I have the special software from comcast? I tried to download it from the main website but no luck. There isn't even a place for me to manually over ride it.

I'd suggest uninstalling any sort of virus monitoring software from Comcast. I'd also uninstall Norton. I hate that crap. I use AVG I've been virus free for years and I've never once been told I couldn't download/install anything. + it's free.

In Norton look at the settings. There might be something about downloaded software from the internet. I stopped using Norton years ago after it deleted my entire my documents folder for my "protection" It couldn't tell me what it was protecting me from and avg couldn't find a problem.

I love photosheet. It's a safe site. I hope you can get it to load!
