How does one actually communicate with Peachy Cheap? I've emailed about 7 times and never got a reply back. I ordered something on Oct. 15th through my paypal account and never received it. I can't find a phone number for them, any advice? This is the first time I've ever had trouble with them. It's so frustrating to not get any replies at all.

I emailed them a few months ago for something that didn't show up and never heard from them. Fortunately, my package arrived a few days later. Sorry you're having trouble - they do seem a little sketchy, though I've ordered a ton of stuff and it's all showed up, eventually.

I am currently on the phone with my credit card company regarding a Peachy Cheap order that was not fulfilled correctly. I ordered on 10/10, was charged on 10/12 and didn't get my items until 11/1. I notified them that they failed to ship 4 of the items - they responded that they would be sent. Fast forward to today...after subsequent email attempt, a call to a disconnected phone number (listed on my cc statement) I am filling a dispute.
Oddly enough I had another order I placed after this one that shipped out no problem. I don't know what's going on with them but I'm DONE!! I am not going to order anything more from them.

This is sad to hear-Ive ordered from them lots and have never had any issues. Actually, when one of the products was defective, they sent me a full refund, even though it was only one in twelve of the stamps that were bad. I hope they can get their issues worked out, and feel badly you never got your items, that's frustrating.

I ordered something on recently. It took FOREVER to arrive. I sent them an email after ten days, and got no response. My package showed up shortly after that (twelve or thirteen days wait time). I won't be ordering from them again. Not because they took so long, but because of their lack of communication.

I've ordered from them quite a bit in past years and never had a problem. Actually had spectacular customer service--when one order didn't show up, they sent a duplicate and when the original order did finally show up a month later, they had me keep it. And another time, they had an issue with a manufacturer sending them kits that didn't have everything shown in the picture. They fixed that as well.
I'm not saying this to discount anyone's current experiences. Just to say that hopefully this is a blip in the business--perhaps someone left and they are short staffed--and that they'll be back to their good customer service soon. And I hope everyone gets their orders or reimbursements soon!

Yep this is good to know. I get their daily deal emails and have been tempted to order. Guess I will hold off.

I was the OP on the other thread. To finish the story of my OP, my package never showed and PC never responded. I filed a Paypal claim and got my money back. I really hesitate to order from them ever again. That is sad, they used to be awesome!

I would file a dispute ASAP. There is an issue that I am hearing about here and off board, too.
