You think you have it all. You think you could scrapbook for the rest of your life with what you have. Then, the realization becomes you need: another album, more adhesive, page protectors and the list goes on! I thought I had it all!

I do fine as long as I don't look at the new stuff online. And I stay away for the stores like HL!

I go months and not buy any scrap stuff then bam I'm buying something every week! Must stay away from temptation!!!!!

I keep telling myself I need to join the Frozen Peas. So just when I think this is the week, HL decides to have a 50% off sale of paper pads and packs. I have been eyeballing the Heidi Swapp color mists paper packs.

So I guess you are right, it NEVER stops.

Yeah, I think I need a New Year's resolution to only spend on essentials! I've gone a little crazy this year!

(Oh wait. I subbed to Noel Mignon. Um, maybe that counts as an essential?)

I'll be putting 80 to 90 per cent of my scrapbooking stuff in storage for 4 years (headed overseas, can't afford to bring it all), so maybe I'll have an excuse to buy more, right?! (And only enough to last 4 years, instead of 100....)

Totally agree. I can't imagine a photo I would end up with that I wouldn't already have all the stuff in my stash to scrap it. Yet I still can't resist the new stuff.

I keep thinking they'll run out of ideas for new product designs, but they still keep designing things that I have to have. My latest favorite is the MME Oliver line. I fell in love when I saw it on line, but was completely blown away when it arrived & I saw it IRL.

I sometimes wonder if the 2 Pea's warehouse crew start to recognize my name when they come across my orders.

I went to a scrap yard sale on Sat, and sold a whole lot of unwanted stuff. Problem is, I came home with twice as much!

I just started scrapbooking again after a couple of years off. I told myself that I wouldn't buy anything new since I have so much old stuff...but then I discovered all the woodgrain stuff that had come out in the meantime. So yeah. That resolution didn't last very long.

I was being strong, not buying beyond basics like adhesive...then OA had their warehouse sale, then I took some really cute fall photos and decided I HAD to have some new paper...

Thankfully not! I love scrapbooking stuff. I do try to use and enjoy my new supplies before lusting after more new stuff. I find deleting coupons/sales emails as soon as they come into my inbox helpful in that!

Also, I try to rotate new/favourite supplies I keep on my desk to keep what I can see and reach easily fresh and new.

true, that's why I have put myself on a budget for the month. Only allowed to spend a total of 150 this month in scrappy goodness, I have spent 72 so far this month, so I have to really watch what i am spending from here on out

With the 25% off, I just placed an order for my Christmas presents from my husband. Now, I just have to tell him that I've done all of his shopping for him.

Merry Christmas to me!!!

I can't pass up a sale!!

I think I'd be happy if I had to load up a cart with albums, page protectors & adhesive only! That would mean I was being really productive. Come to think of it, I think I do need a new album ...
