And the wire got shaved so some wires broke and now it doesn't cut clean. I have to wait until tomorrow to call but I'm wondering how their warranty works. Thank You ind advance.

I had a stuck Fiskars punch a few months back. I just took a photo, sent it to them, and got a replacement punch in the mail about a week and a half later. Super easy.
They did not tell me they were sending the replacement, though. It just showed up. I thought maybe they forgot about me. So if you don't hear back after they ask for a photo or something, worry not.

If you use their website they will ask for a description of the problem and a photo. Two weeks later a new one will show up in the mail

Same thing happened to mine...I called them, followed their directions and got a replacement blade shortly thereafter...Great customer service...

Same thing happened to mine, they sent me the replacement part (the part that lifts up) to change out, although I couldnt figure out how to get it off without breaking it.
