Anyone else hit "reply" when they meant to hit "Submit" and had to start over? You would think I would have learned after doing once, or even twice, but no...I just keep doing it.

I haven't done that yet and was curious what you meant. I hit reply and now see the reply button your talking about! I will do it now that you mentioned this!

Do you start over or do you give up? I usually write something short after that happens.

yeah, I keep doing it.
it's actually made me reluctant to reply to things because it happens over and over and over and over and over and over.
so I just don't say anything on most of the threads I read now.

This happens to me all the time... so frustrating! Sometimes it's the quirkiness of any forum I'm on but most of the time it's because I inadvertently hit some hot key combination on my keyboard (don't ask me what -- I'd love to be able to tell you), and my reply disappears somewhere into cyberspace. So now, I type my reply in a Word document, then copy and paste it into the Reply box. When it's safely posted, I delete the Word document. This sure has saved me many *grrrr* moments!
