I've been trying to get on to order my shapes before my monthly credits expire and I can't get on.
I get a screen that asks for the country and then it just stays there.
Earlier I did get onto the store, but it did not have my information and indicated that I had no credits available (which is not true). Whenever I went to look at my download history or my account info, it came up with nothing.
So, is anyone else having problems today or is it just me?

They did an update recently and it has been nothing but trouble. Sometimes I can't sign in at all. I hope they fix this quickly.

Thanks. I'm emailing them now to see whats up.
I managed to sign in via their website, but I still can't pull up my account information, my wish list is gone, and my account balance is at 0.00.
I have monthly credits that expire tomorrow so I need to use those up but can't! I guess if its a site problem they'll extend them?

I had problems downloading free image yesterday. It took forever and the site did not recognize my password and I had to have to sent to me twice and it was what I always use. It took about 30 minutes to get transaction completed. Frustrating.

I was having trouble too and I called their 800-number. While I was on hold I listened to a message that said you must clear your browser cache before you can get any of the upgrades that have been done or to clear any problems you're having. That seemed to work for me. Although I haven't tried to go on the software again today.

Well, I finally got in and found my account balance.
But the format has changed and I don't see the information
anymore on when the credits expire? It used to be there when you clicked on your account details.
Do the monthy subscription credits still have an expiration? or did something change and they no longer expire?
I have a note on my calender to be sure to use my credits by this weekend, but now I don't know how much $$ I need to use up.

I just called them again and spoke to someone and they are aware of the problems and they are working on it. They launched a new site on Wednesday and now they are trying to fix the problems. I would use your credits if you can because that is a glitch they are trying to get back as well (to show expiration dates). So, I guess the good news it...they are working on it.

I got an email reply from them quickly. They acknowledged the problems and said they are doing a lot of maintenance on the online store right now which is causing a slow down. They asked for patience and said we would soon see some improvements.

Yes, they have been pretty quick this afternoon in answering emails.
I asked about the credits, and they said that if I lost any credits to let them know how much and they would put them back.
Thing is.....I can't check to see how much I'm about to lose so I won't be able to tell them how much to put back.
I bought some stuff, so hopefully I won't lose anything...if I guessed right, that is.
