Are the 40% off or 50% off coupons at Michaels good on the Xryon items?

I tried a week ago to use one of the coupons at JoAnn's to purchase one of the 5 inch machines and they would not take it.

My machine kicked the bucket and I need to replace it.

I haven't bought any xyron products in years, but the coupons were always good when I did. I don't recall seeing anything on the coupon that says xyron is excluded. Unless it says so, call a manager over.

Your coupon should state the exclusions on it in fine print.
If it's not written on the coupon they have to honor it
