3-14-13 I have not heard from Klnor and JBoyce23. No recent checkins and no answers to my pmail. In fact, the last one I sent is sitting unread in both of their boxes. Since the kits are due tomorrow, I have no other choice but to put them on the flaker list . The packages are rolling in and everything looks lovely!
I will accept packages through Saturday. I will start swapping them all out this weekend so I can get them back in the mail to you.

RULES:
-All cards should match in color and theme. See below a picture of a kit someone sent me. She made all of the cards from the same 6x6 pad of paper.
-Please note, to make this simple, we are going to use the Design A template. It is the most popular one. This is very important as you will make two 4x6 cards in the landscape orientation, and four 3x4 cards in the portrait orientation. Please see the picture below.
-Must check in on the board weekly and give us your status. If I do not hear from you, I will pmail you, write notes to you on the board and generally bug you to death until I hear from you.
-Delivery confirmation is not necessary if you mail early. If you mail within 5 days of the due date, DC IS REQUIRED. Please send enough return postage, i.e. if it costs you $5 to mail, then please include $5 to mail back. I will not cover postage. IMPORTANT: If you are sending $5 or less for postage, PLEASE SEND AN ENVELOPE! The free envelopes at the post office cost around $5.15 (no DC) to almost $6 (with DC). If you wish for me to return them First Class, sending me an envelope is a must. I know this sounds simple, but many people forget the envelope. Please pack your kits individually in either clear ziplocs, or something similar. Label with your real name, pname and group you are in. Please send as soon as you make your kits. You do not have to wait until the deadline. You can send at any time. Please post on the board when you have mailed so I will know when to expect it.
-If something happens and you do not think you will fulfill your swapping duties, please let me know immediately so we can angel the spot. If you wait a day or two before the due date to let me know, you will be listed as a flaker. In my book, you should have mailed at least 3 or more days before the due date. It is only fair to other swappers. Who wants to wait for mail and never get it?
-THINGS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE: Please do not color pencil, crayon or hand write on the cards. If you stamp, please make it neat and crisp (no sloppy stamping or lines from the stamp block). All elements should be within the 3x4 rectangle and no die cuts or other elements should be "hanging" off the card as they will not fit in the 3x4 page protector. (I know, I sound like a meanie). Please use good quality paper. The cards must be made from double sided thick cardstock like paper, or out of cardstock. No thin paper. Please make sure your paper lines came out within the last two years.
-THINGS THAT ARE ACCEPTABLE: Have fun! Make something really nice for your swapping partner. You can sign up for as many spots in each category. Everyone is welcome, don't let the stringent requirements run you off! They are there to ensure that everyone gets something of quality back.
-You will make 5 Kits of each group you sign up for. For example, if you sign up for Valentine's Day, then you will make 5 of the same Valentine kits, and mail them to me. In return, you will receive your own kit and 4 different holiday kits back.

April, the one-on-one would be just a random kit. No themes. You just send a generic themed kit to your swapping partner. I guess I will see how this goes and maybe open a one-on-one swap later. And the sentiments you mentioned are fine!

Oh, and Becky, whatever you want to do is fine. You can use a plain colored cardstock with bits of paper on it, or you can use a thicker double-sided cardstock like paper for the background. Your choice. |

Hi, was wondering if BOBUNNY Olivia is to old to use for the OPEN group. It came out in the Fall of 2010. I bought the kit and never used it yet. Add me if it is okay.
I am doing Project Life this year for the first time. I am really excited about it. These swaps are a great way to add variety to the pages. Looking forward to this swap. |

Also I would like to joint fads but don't have much feather items or paper. Could I do clouds instead I have tons of cloud paper, stamps, washi, etc.
If you add any groups would love a summer time, beach, vacation, playtime or another holiday one. I would add those also if you open any of them up.

My paper line for open group will be from Pebbles Seen and Noted. It has a neat grid on one side(bought a bunch for journaling blocks) and on the other side bright colors and arrows. Should make for nice blocks!!
