Those reflective ones are what the other "slick" thread is talking about. And I like elegant and I like foil, but I don't like that Elegant Foil stack. The dull kraft kills the foilness.

I really wish DCWV would stop adding foil, glitter and that shiny stuff to every one of their papers, it is so hard to match it with other paper lines and to get anything to stick...
that being said I like the butterfly stack and the kid stack. | |

I like it. I don't have a problem. I just did a couple of layouts using paper with glitter from the Autumn Melody stack. One page had a lot of glitter. And I used other paper on them that were from other companies. The only thing I don't use as a full background would be the full size glitter sheets. I use that only for cutting out shapes or titles that I don't need to stick stuff on top of. |

The Kidlet stack only has a tiny bit of glitter and a few pages with glossy elements (not the full sheets) I just got it today. I didn't like the real glossy stacks. | |

Meh. I really WANT to like DCWV stacks but now that I'm use to Echo Park, Simple stories ect.. these just don't do it for me. Every stack I've ever bought has ended at the bottom of a pile after I've used one or two sheets. |

None of them appeal to me. I have nothing against paper pads. I have quite a few actually. I'd just rather wait until MME or Cosmo Cricket paper pads go on sale at HL or Ms. DCWV paper pads never seem to be my thing. I have bought them in the past, but like Pinkalicious said, they don't get used. |

My Joann's had several of the new stacks today when I was there and I do not care for them at all. I have so many of the older stacks but lately none of their releases has thrilled me . I dont like the finish on the latest stacks at all, nor the foil and glitter. Thats OK though because I have enough paper to last me forever. |
