They start shipping today...rewards members are first. Yours will probably ship within the next couple of days. You can check by going to SC and clicking on your name. Scroll down and it will have your order status. Congrats on subbing- the Feb. Kit is cute! |

Which kit did you get? I just tried the Card kit this month for the first time (single buy) and I subscribe to the Scrapbook Kit.
I found that when I was flipping through my scrapbooks, I really like the pages where I was using paper/products that I usually wouldn't use from their kits and they turned out great! So I decided to subscribe. |

Sunnychick, I just got the main scrapbooking kit... I wanted the popcorn add on but like I'm discovering is pretty par for the course with them, it was sold out.
I've never used their stuff before so I'm super excited to get it....but the 14th!!????? Really,,???? Why do they make us wait so long? |

It also partially depends on where you live. Once it is shipped, I usually get it within 2 days max but I only live a couple states away |

They are in Kentuckey I believe. They ship UPS which can be painfully slow, especially if you live on the west coast. |

I'm actually really annoyed with SC's shipping.
I ordered a Silhouette Cameo from them on the 27th of January and it still hasn't even shipped & it still has to come all the way to Australia
I am very disappointed. |

SC=Studio Calico.
They are a kit club that you sign up directly through them. They also have their own products that can be bought here, there, etc. |

This is my first order too. I'm excited to receive it, but disappointed it takes so long for the orders to come together. I understand they have that open window time for subscribers, but I'm not a subscriber - I ordeed on the 28th right at noon and it is just sitting. They should handle those orders separately. I didn't realize that mine would be held for days on end while they had my money. That wasn't spelled out well on their website, but at least now I know for future reference.
I'm hoping the kit is worth (as everyone says it is) that the 2 (or more) weeks you wait to get your order is worth it. | |

I just became a new member and this is my 1st kit and mine was shipped yesterday and tracking says will be delivered tomorrow. But if feels like I have been waiting forever because I signed up on January 5th lol. |

Apparently they were delayed a bit in shipping this month. Also, they ship international rewards members (subscribers for 12+ months), then US rewards members, then international subbers, then US subbers, then all other kit buyers. Because of the release and a popular kit all at once, there is a huge backlog of orders, and it took two days just to pull the rewards orders.
This is my first month but according to the SC message board it seems like this is slower than usual. They pulled a 28 pound order yesterday!
And I am a US subber and mine hasn't been pulled yet so I have a while to wait yet! | |

I subscribe to the SC PL kit. I put myself on the waiting list in November, so I was able to start the subscription at the beginning of the new year. Last month, I also ordered an add-on. I got my shipping notice on the 7th of January. I had the kit by the 9th. I remember reading that they start shipping kits on the 1st unless it's the weekend or holiday and long-time members' kits are shipped first. Since the 1st last month was a holiday, shipping started a little late.
Now, this month I didn't order anything else; I just have my PL kit coming to me. I thought since, technically, the 1st was still a traditional work day week (no holiday), shipping would be on time. I have yet to receive my shipping notice. I'm kind of sad.

Mine was shipped yesterday and will be delivered on the 8th. I alway receive mine before the 10th. They always send me a ups tracking. Love that. Always can see where my package is. |

Per SC, your status on their site changes to shipped as soon as they pull your information to create the shipping manifest. When the product is packed it goes on a trailer and when UPS picks it up and scans it you get the email confirmation with the tracking number. So don't freak out just yet. They continue to say they are working as fast as they can. | |
