Okay. Here it is:
I'm just not sure about the layout. I don't want the background to overwhelm the photos. I tried re-arranging them, but this seems to be the best spacing. Also, not sure if I need different/more elements. And I'm not sure about all the white frames either... Or the title - too cliched? Basically, I'm a scrapbooker who is afraid to "commit" to a page, LOL!

I love everything about your layout! I don't think you should change a thing. Great job!

Your layout looks great the way it is! I like the white frames around the photos. They make them pop!

Looks great!! I don't think the background overwhelms the photos, and I think you have a great number of embellishments. Commit!!

Like it a lot! The white frames let the photos pop. And I love the title. The ice cream Sandwich letters are really cute. Glue it down& put it in a page protector. You have this one!

I think it looks great! The only thing I would add is 1 more circle in a different size under the i in ice cream and maybe pull the ones there out a little so you can see more of them. That would make a visual triangle and help the other 2 circles you have to blend in more.

It looks great. In fact, I think you did a good job making sure the colors didn't overwhelm the photos. You don't need to change a thing IMO.

Very appealing to the eye - definitely keep the white borders around the photos as they help them pop off of the busy background (I mean busy in a good way)
Is this a digi layout?

I love your layout and that you included so many photos.
If I were to change something, I would bring the top photo down a bit to avoid the trapped white space and I would make the focal photo less tilted (still tilted but just a little less of an angle) and brought closer in to the other photos to also eliminate the trapped white space that it creates to its lower left.

P.S. I would also add journaling to the notebook paper on the upper right corner.

Thank you all for the encouragement. Yes, it is a digital layout. It will be a present, so I'm leaving the journaling spaces blank to be filled out later.
The story behind it is simple. It was taken at a local ice-cream shop after a 4H meeting. All of the people pictured are friends and members of the same 4H club. The ice-cream was an after meeting treat.
