International Shipping Policies
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
    You voiced your concerns and suggestions regarding our shipping policies...we have listened and acted. We have implemented some changes at Two Peas that have resulted in significant reductions in shipping fees for domestically shipped items. The changes have also resulted in up to a 50% decrease in shipping fees on Internationally shipped orders.
  1. We ship all international packages via US Postal Service First Class Mail (under 4lbs) or Priority Mail (4lbs and over).
  2. Two Peas in a Bucket calculates your shipping charge based on the total weight of your package, including box weight and the distance it travels. Shipping fees are not calculated based on the value of your order or the quantity of your items in your order. There is a nominal handling fee added in the cost of shipping charges.
  3. If you would like to know the shipping and handling cost of your order, prior to submitting your order, simply place items into your cart and proceed to the check out. Your shipping and handling charges will be calculated for you before you pay for your order.
  4. Two Peas in a Bucket can not be responsible for any customs, taxes, tariffs or other fees associated with shipping to your country beyond the cost of postage. Please check with your local Customs Office for an estimate of charges on your order.
  5. By default, our customs forms will be filled out with the general description of "Scrapbook Material." The total actual value of the products will also be identified on the form as required by federal law and insurance guidelines.
  6. While USPS is very reliable, the United States Post Office will not guarantee shipping times or arrival dates.
  7. The United States Postal Service does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for international deliveries. Therefore, we cannot track lost or delayed packages. Two Peas in a Bucket will provide shipping dates, the weight of your package and customs information. For some countries, an order may take up to 90 days to arrive.
  8. Two Peas is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, etc., we will make every effort to assist you where possible.
  9. Additional shipping charges that are required as a result of a special request or an incorrect address will be billed to your credit card as necessary and, in most cases, on a separate transaction.
Please note that if you do not select insurance, you accept full responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
