DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIESYou voiced your concerns and suggestions regarding our shipping policies...we have listened and acted. We have implemented some changes at Two Peas that have resulted in significant reductions in shipping fees for domestically shipped items. The changes have also resulted in up to a 50% decrease in shipping fees on Internationally shipped orders.- All orders are currently shipped via US Postal Service via Priority mail.
- Pricing is determined at the time of ordering based on the estimated weight of the products you've selected.
- All
orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Two Peas is not
responsible for packages that show delivery has occurred. Please
contact your local carrier for such missing packages.
- Priority
Mail has no guaranteed delivery time. Most packages within the
continental US arrive within 3-4 days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and
non-state US possessions may vary. In general, a package can not be
reported as lost until 15 days past its expected arrival.
- APO
and FPO shipments vary greatly in delivery times and do not allow for
delivery confirmation. Because of this, Two Peas in a Bucket is not
responsible for lost packages sent to military addresses.
- Two
Peas is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your
order. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly
entered a number, etc., we will make every effort to assist you where
possible.
- Additional shipping charges that are required as a
result of a special request or an incorrect address will be billed to
your credit card as necessary and, in most cases, on a separate
transaction.
Please note that if you do not select insurance, you accept full responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. |
