Domestic Shipping Policies
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES
    You voiced your concerns and suggestions regarding our shipping policies.... and we listened! We have implemented some changes at Two Peas that have resulted in significant reductions in shipping fees for domestically shipped items.

  1. All orders are currently shipped with US Postal Service via Priority mail. Smaller orders may be eligible to be shipped via USPS Priority
  2. Pricing is determined at the time of ordering based on the estimated weight of the products you've selected, as well as the type of shipping you have chosen, and the distance the package needs to travel. A promotional shipping code good for a credit up to $10.00 is now available on domestic orders containing more than $50.00 worth of non phase-out, non digital product.
  3. Two Peas is not responsible for missing packages that show delivery has occurred. Please contact your local carrier for such missing packages.
  4. The United States Postal Service has no guaranteed delivery time for their First Class or Priority shipping methods. Most packages within the continental US arrive within 3-4 days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and non-state US possessions may vary. In general, a package cannot be reported as lost for insurance purposes until 30 days past its expected arrival.
  5. APO and FPO shipments vary greatly in delivery times and do not allow for delivery confirmation. Because of this, Two Peas in a Bucket is not responsible for lost packages sent to military addresses.
  6. Two Peas cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed during checkout, and this address is never entered in manually by the Two Peas staff. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, etc., we will make every effort to assist you where possible. Additional shipping charges may apply
  7. Additional shipping charges that are required as a result of a special request or an incorrect address will be billed to a newly provided credit card number on a separate transaction. Payments may also be made by paypal.
  8. If your package is returned, Two Peas will notify you immediately via email. If you've not responded within 10 business days, we will cancel the order and apply a store credit for the cost of the product. If a response is received more than 10 days after the package has been returned, we cannot guarantee the availability of the original products ordered.
