Dear Lizzy Neapolitan, the newest signature line from Elizabeth Kartchner, is soft and feminine, featuring candy-shop colors and a diffused watercolor effect that takes you into a daydream of hand-drawn Mason jars, ice cream cones, and balloons. Dear Lizzy Neapolitan features 22 papers, including two ruffled crepe varieties and three vellum sheets (yum!). There are lots of embellishments, too, including fan favorites (Thickers, clear stamps, and Remarks stickers, to name a few) and some newbies, like mini-garland Flutterbys, paper pinwheels, and a Roller Stamp.

Just used this paper to make the cutest Birthday card EVER! The weight is just perfect and the COLORS are so darling.......all those little ice cream cones to wish someone a Happy Day! The paper was very easy to work with cutting and such, it held up very well to all the extra's added to it.
