Dear Lizzy Neapolitan, the newest signature line from Elizabeth Kartchner, is soft and feminine, featuring candy-shop colors and a diffused watercolor effect that takes you into a daydream of hand-drawn Mason jars, ice cream cones, and balloons. Dear Lizzy Neapolitan features 22 papers, including two ruffled crepe varieties and three vellum sheets (yum!). There are lots of embellishments, too, including fan favorites (Thickers, clear stamps, and Remarks stickers, to name a few) and some newbies, like mini-garland Flutterbys, paper pinwheels, and a Roller Stamp.

I used this in a mixed media project and it turned out so well. Added some sheet Claudine Hellmuth paint on top and highlighted the clouds. I am not sure why more places aren't carrying this. It was oos at 2Peas for a while and I am so glad it came back in. Grab it while you can.
