Apparently this really is washi tape -- on paper! It can be trimmed and used as paper, leaving its color bold and opaque, or the tape itself can be removed and used as washi tape, slightly translucent. It can be a wee bit of a challenge to remove the backing from the paper, but it's no more challenging than with a roll of washi tape. The colors are gorgeous -- I think I'll need another sheet soon!
