I just completed my year 2011 book with this album. The rings are perfect and won't gap or come apart like school binders of my school days. The faux leather cover is really nice and does wipe clean easily. Love that the album comes with 10 12x12 pages, one 6x6 mixed with three 4x6 slots, and one that has six 4x6 slots. These came in handy for Shimelle's 4x6 Photo Love classes as I didn't need to buy any new page protectors. I did later buy a separate pack of 25 12x12 protectors and that's all I needed for this album. The only downside is that while the faix leather cleans well, the white stitching can get dingy when wiping it down.
