My child's daycare sent home a plain white fabric square for us to decorate so they could put together a quilt of all the kids. Seeing as my child is < a year old, I had to make it myself. I wanted to add word stickers to describe him but they didn't stick well to the fabric. I used strips of this washi tape - which stuck very well to the fabric - then placed the tiny word stickers on top of it. The tape made a nice contrast on the square and great background for the words.
