Great Workshop
Two Peas Verified Purchase
The videos were entertaining as well as informative. There are a lot of good ideas to take away from the workshop. The PDF's were pointless unless you want to read exactly what is being said on the video but that is my only real complaint. I can see myself referring back to the videos from time to time. I have taken a few of the workshops now and some I like more than others but this one was well worth the 25.00 price tag. Both the novice and seasoned scrapbooker would benefit from Step Up Your Scrapbooking

Two Peas Verified Purchase
I'm a new scrapper for the hobby. Previously tried to buy a lot of books about how to scrap but does not really help much.I'm still blur how to layer the papers and make my art look more interesting. Until I watched this video. It's help me step up my scraps a lot and its improving. Very Helpful lesson!!!

Very concrete instructions
Two Peas Verified Purchase
This is the first workshop I have taken with Lynn Ghahary. I found her instructions and video layout to be very instrumental in providing me with a stronger foundation for my scrapbooking. Thanks, Lynn! I will definitely be visiting your site and looking for more of your workshops.

I have always admired the creations which Lynn has done for Scrapbook & Cards Today. I have only gone through the first class in the workshop, but I am so inspired and I WANT to scrap!! If you feel stalled, lost your mojo, or just need some encouragement and ideas, TAKE THIS WORKSHOP!! It is a.maz.ing :-) Thank you, Lynn, for sharing your talent!

Not the class for me
Two Peas Verified Purchase
So I don't generally like to review things but as someone who is trying to save money and only purchasing items or classes that I feel give me the best value and are worth it, i have to review this for fellow pea-ers that are on a budget as well. This class is not worth it. If you prefer to read pdfs, then just read the pdfs, if you prefer to watch videos, then just watch the vids, no need to do both. Every video starts out just showing pics of the layouts in the pdf and the whole time she is just reading the pdf word for word. Then proceeds to do one of the layouts from start to finish, voice over style. the fact that there wasn't any substantial knowledge given during the videos that was on topic but was different than what you just read really bothered me. Why would I want to watch a video of something I just read, word for word? As far as content, I just started scrapbooking barely two years ago and I didn't learn anything new in this class. I like to take classes online to learn new things or at least be inspired to create a page, this wasn't the case with this class. I did like the instructor, her voice and way of speaking was nice though. I am a kind person and I really don't like saying anything negative but right now, when money is tight, I feel really bummed because this was a waste of money, so to share my opinion may save other people from feeling the same way.
Lots of ideas and tips
Two Peas Verified Purchase
I love Lynn Ghahary's work and vidoes. Great workshop but i was a bit disappointed that the videos and PDF's were virtually the same except you do see Lynn working on layouts in the videos.
Really enjoyed it
Two Peas Verified Purchase
I found this class great for inspiration and also as a refresher course. I particularly liked the section on backgrounds and thought it was great value for money. Great videos, beautiful pdfs and layout submissions by Lynn and her team of contributors. Very happy - thanks.
Wonderful Inspiration
