 Another old farm property, not far from our house, is about to be swallowed up by a new development. While it is not particularly noteworthy or of architectural merit, I thought it was worth going and taking a few pictures just to document it having been there, before it is gone forever. 

This last one, although not a riveting photo, was especially poignant for me because of the sad lone tulip you can see in the lower left hand corner. From that and the hints of a few other non-native, non-naturally occurring, plants in that area, I’d guess that this was once someone’s little garden. It made me a little sad to see and to think about the people who lived there, and made their fleeting plans for it, and who have now all moved on.
