The Rondelle Collection: Anna-Maria Style!
Anna-Maria Wolniak has created 3 beautiful projects using our lovely Rondelle line! Her clean, but art-filled style, is shown off here in a gorgeous mini-album and two layouts.
ENJOY!
"At the begining I've made a sweet mini-album with the sea photos. I knew that I had to add an ultramarine shade of blue there - but it turned out that fits perfectly to other colours from this line."
"As
usual I used some mixed-media actions with gesso, watercolour paint
and pencil doodling - I love them! I also added some beautiful and funny
Prima's stamps and stickers (they are
pops of colours in my album.)" ~Anna-Maria
Product List:
.........................................................................
"When
the album was finished I still wanted to play with the 'Rondelle'
collection. :) I decided to make one layout... and then another one!"
"'Think happy, BE happy' was created with layers of paper. There are also some 'mist-mask' actions, stamping, crayons doodles, pencil drawing and splashes."
Product List:
......................................................................................
"'Good Day' is full of hearts. I used a heart shape puncher to cut all these hearts. I also aded 'mist-mask' action (well I think you don't see it on the picture, because of pale colours, but believe me - it is there :) I also used some wood hearts and resist canvas with a little bit of watercolour. You can find some gold glitter splashes and floral stamping here and there to add sparkle."
Product List:
"I
hope that you like my 'Rondelle' creations and you feel inspired by
them to make your own layouts and albums using this beautiful line. Have
a nice day." ~ Anna-Maria

You may have noticed that we have been doing a new feature titled, "Simple to Stupendous" here on the blog. Each month we ask one of our amazing design team members to create a gorgeous simpler-style layout. Then we ask them to take it up a notch and create a fuller-style which is simply stupendous. So, depending on which style you scrapbook in, there will be fresh inspiration for you!
This month Gerry van Gent has created two beautiful layouts just for us.
Simple:
Gerry uses Tea Thyme papers, paper cut-outs, and journaling cards to accent her photo and create luscious layers.
Prima alphas add a title to the side and a few accents done with a pen finish off the design. This is perfection for a simpler style!

ENJOY!
...................................................................................
Jill van Iperen is a self-taught mixed-media artist based in Brisbane, Australia. Jill doesn’t have a preferred medium, but painting is her first love.
All of her art reveals multiple layers of a mix of vintage papers, along with new papers and ephemera, that mean something to her. She loves to experiment with paints, encaustics, hand dyed fabrics, flowers, and a selection of mediums to bring her work to life.
This sample of Jill's work shows her fun side! What a fabulous artistic approach mixed with a touch of whimsy.
Prima's Vintage Charm adds the crowning touch.

Jill loved the feeling of romance in the wonderful papers, trim and butterflies and turned them into an ultra feminine mixed-media dream dress to represent the joy of possibility.
By incorporating numerous layers that peek through the canvas, she has created a dream-like artwork that would look fabulous on any wall.

Designer Day with Heidi Kelley
Once again, that time is upon us! The arrival of a season that magically allows us all to turn into things that we only dream of. How do you see yourself? Are you mysterious? Are you royal? Are you neither? One of the reasons that I love to create is because it allows me to portray how I see things, including myself... you know, creating on paper what my outward appearance may not show.
Prima's Firefly Collection allowed me here to put my personality on paper, capturing my love of color and all things whimsical.
"I Am the Canvas"
Supplies Used:
Got boxes? I did... lots of little jewelry boxes, so I thought I would put them to good use in this next piece that I am going to show you. After watching my son line these up over and over, putting them together like a puzzle - I decided to glue them together just as he had laid them out - and make it into a wall hanging.
This "Wall Garden" uses the lovely Soprano flowers, the Firefly Paper Collection, some script paper for a neutral balance, and of course lots of Prima's Vintage Treasures and Wooden Embellishments.
Supplies Used:
And finally, because it IS that time of year, and because I dearly love owls...
"Sweet Thing"
Made from a paper mache egg from a local craft store, I cut an oval out the front before painting the inside and altering on the outside. She is totally inspired by candy corn :) so I nested some Prima Trinkets that I painted to look like candy corn into her belly.
The right picture above is a glance at the back of her, covered in paper from the Zephyr Collection, as well as flowers and a few feathers to match.
Isn't she fun?
Supplies Used:
Once again wishing you a magical, fall season! It was wonderful to share with you again!!
xx Heidi

It's Friday everyone! The end of the week and we wanted to leave you with some mixed media creativity to get you into the arts and crafts mood.
These three outstanding projects are full of unique ideas and of course tons of Prima.
First we have this precious page by Felicity Wilson. We adore how she uses Prima flowers to enhance her black and white photo. She doesn't overpower the subject, she creates a frame for it instead.
Supplies
This colorful outstanding project by Solange Marques is such a breath of fresh air. She gives Springtime a whole new name.
Supplies
A little bit by Anna about her piece...What I really love about Prima embellishments is their great quality and beautiful design which allows me to alter them in the way I need for my projects. No matter what kind of medium I use: acrylic paint, gesso, sprays, watercolors - the flowers are always in good shape, looking exactly the way I wanted! For this project I used a selection of leaves and roses - but also one of my favorite things - my "leftover" trim pieces and canvas sheets which were torn into smaller strips which helped me build dimensional background.

Metal charms and trinkets can add a finishing touch to a page, accent a card, or create beautiful jewelry. Today we would like to share some projects by our design team showcasing our metal embellishments on a few Prima layouts.
Here is a beachy themed layout by Larissa Albernaz. Here is what she says about her adorable page...Prima´s metals are the perfect touch to embellish any craft project. This time I wanted to play with them a little bit and that´s why I have used some Vintage Trinkets creatively by tying them to Jack´s fishing rod. I have also included some pins and a domino piece to my layout just for you to see how gorgeous Prima´s charms are.
Supplies
It is approaching Spring time down under and Stacey Young designed this stunning mini album to celebrate the new weather. We love how she used the trinkets through her album.
Supplies
Brit Sviggum designed this autumn filled layout using the Craftsman Collection. She adds the new trinkets to her page that add booms of pizazz.
Supplies
Take a look at this gorgeous layout by Lene Bjrnerud!! She creates a magical wonderland for her photo. The tones of her page pull the colors of her photo beautifully.
