New Marah Johnson "Hallow's Eve" collection!
Hello again, Tanisha and Cheryl here today to share another new collection ~ Hallow's Eve by Marah Johnson!
The collection includes both 12x12 papers and a 6x6 paper pad! The diecut icons are unique and useful for cardmakers, altered artist, mixed media and of course, scrapbookers!
Both of us had some fun creating some projects for the CHA show! I love how Tanisha used the diecuts, painting them with Luminarte Twinkling H20's and dropping orange Luminarte Radiant Rain onto her background! I think you will agree the finished layout is "spooky"! lol
Cheryl shows her altered side starting with a plain paper mache dress form!
She painted the dress form using Viva Inka Gold in black and then dresses her with a combination of 6x6 papers, diecuts and some unique metal findings! She fitted her dress form to a candle holder that she also painted with Viva Inka Gold!
Check back tomorrow for another new sneak peek!

From the moment I saw the soft subtle tones of IOD's ~ Gallivant Collection.....it was love at first sight.
I went back into the archives for a picture that just went perfect!!
I mixed Luminarte Radiant Rain Shimmering Mists
Bashful Blue ~ 29523 and
Namorado ~ 29043
I spritzed, splattered and stamped with the new color mixture.
The Die Cut Cardstock Shapes ~ 29838
work so wonderfully to accent the layout
along with vintage buttons and twine.
I applied a bit of powder to the "Balloon" sticker,
crumpled it and adhered to my embellie cluster.
For a bit of additional texture, I tore strips of paper
Getaway ~ 29830
Navigation ~ 29833
Adventure ~ 29829
and dipped the edges in the
Luminarte Radiant Rain Shimmering Mist Mixture.
And sewed them to my cardstock.
My next creation with this line is a grunge~O~licious card!
I chose to make my card using cut up
Postcard ~ 29832
which I proceeded to tear, ink, splatter!!

Sneak Peek Art Warehouse New Holly Jolly collection
Hello, this is Alicia. I just love new release time where we get to show off all the new CI products. Today, I'm going to give you a sneak peek of this adorable Holly Jolly collection by Art Warehouse:
I had so much fun creating this multi-photo page with this collection, using a mix of the papers and the stickers/die-cuts. This collection is just so easy to create with because of all the fun embellishments.
I used the festive green paper as my background and then muted it some with the white "Christmas" paper. I matted my photos so that they popped off the papers and I formed a border at the top of my page with photos and embellishments in the collection. Finally, I used the banners and journaling blocks for my title work. This page came together so quickly and I was able to display so many of the fun elements in the collection.
I also made this Christmas card using the 6X6 papers in the Holly Jolly collection:
This 6X6 card is so festive with that beautiful red swirly background and I just matted and pop-dotted some of the embellishments from the collection to make this very simple, but elegant card.
Finally, I played quite a bit with the entire collection for this Christmas mini-album:
I cut some scalloped rectangles out with my Cricut cart in green and white cardstock and then I mod-podged a piece of chipboard between each to make my own chipboard album. I matted each rectangle with a piece of the Holly Jolly collection and then I started adding my photos and the embellishments to each page. This was so fun to create and it was relatively simple. Again, the embellishments in this collection make creating so easy and the collection is self-inclusive as it contains all you need to make your page/card/album full of details. I always love adding ribbon to my mini-albums so I just punched holes at the top, used a notebook ring, and decorated the ring with all kinds of leftover ribbon from my stash.
Seriously, the Holly Jolly collection is perfect for all your upcoming fun Christmas projects.
Supplies:
Danelle Johnson's Holly Jolly
Green, black, white cardstock
Misc ribbons

New Debbie Mumm "Back 2 School" Collection!
Hello there friends, it's Tanisha here with a couple of projects featuring the new Back 2 School collection by Debbie Mumm.
I wanted to showcase those adorable owls so I stuck to a very clean design using strips of patterned paper. I cut 12" long strips of paper in varying widths and layered them on a piece of brown cardstock to create the background. For a little visual interest, I added strips of red cardstock with a notebook border to the background. I used punched scallop circles to highlight part of the title and one of the owl stickers.
This card is simply perfect for any educator and it's quick and easy to make.
I create a base from cardstock, then adhered 2 notebook borders to the sides. I cut a strip of paper from the Back 2 School collectionand adhered it to the center. I added a rub-on sentiment to a strip of notebook patterned paper and then layered with a sticker and embellishments and adhered to the card.
Be sure to stop by all week for more sneak peeks!!
Tanisha

Thankful Heart Projects by Shelley Hamilton
Hi, guys, Shelley here! Today, I'd like to share with you a few projects that I made with the New collection by Renae Lindgren "Thankful Heart". It is CI's hottest fall line!
I used kraft paper for the bottom sheet, then I used one of the papers in the Thankful Heart line over that--it has beautiful leaves all around the edges. I used Viva's Glass Effect Gel in Carmine to make the berries really stick out! The three large hearts at the top of the photo, I cut out from another piece of paper in the line--aren't they cute? I pop-dotted them to the page, and again accented with Viva's Pearl Pen, but this time, in Kiwi and Pink. I also used Maya Road twine and wooden buttons to embellish. I painted the wooden buttons with several coats of Luminarte twinking H20 in Orange Peel. It's a beautiful color that's so versatile, and one of my personal favorites. The forest green ribbon trim is by May Arts. The title "Family" is from the Thankful Heart Sticker sheet. I mounted it on another sheet of paper from this line, and matted it in white, then pop-dotted it over the ribbon. Lastly, I cut out the six small hearts in stitched squares and glued 3 on each side of the photo.
I think this line has traditional appeal with a little bit of whimsy! Fun!!
Products Used:
My next project is this card! I began with a white cardstock card and a piece of kraft paper. Using various colors of Luminarte H2Os, including Sunburst, Orange Peel, Guatamalan, and Snap Dragon, I painted on various rubber leaf stamps, and them stamped on the kraft paper. I then stamped over each leaf with black ink. For one of the leaves, I pained the stamp with Silks in Guatemalan Green, then stamped over the leaf on the kraft paper. This gave that leaf a lot of extra dimension. It is the leaf toward the top right-hand side of the card.
I then used black ink and stamped leaves on a piece of canvas paper. I painted them with Luminarte Twinking H2Os in the same colors as mentioned above. Once they dried, I cut them out.
The large heart came from a piece of paper from the Thankful Heart line. I used Maya Road twine to embellish the heart. I also used CI's eye candy--the absolute best bling--on this heart! I pop-dotted the heart to the page, and placed the canvas leaves as desired, along with a wooden button painted with the Guatamalan H2O.
The word "Blessed" is from the sticker sheet from this paper line. I mounted it to a piece of white cardstock, and pop-dotted it below the kraft sheet. I again used Ci's Eye Candy to embellish.
