Free For All Friday

Happy Friday everyone! We are wrapping up the week with a few "free for all" projects from some of our design team members.

First up, I (Lynn Ghahary) created a pair of cards using the Happy Go Lucky collection.  I loved the idea of pairing some of the brightly colored patterned papers against a kraft cardstock background.  My first card uses the "bonus" strips that you find at the bottom of each 12 x 12 piece of paper.  I simply cut the strips to varying lengths and stitched them along one edge.  My second card uses some scraps from previous projects along with one of the embossed flower stickers.  I love the font of the lime green Thickers from American Crafts - they are a perfect match to the Happy Go Lucky collection.

Pebbles supplies used:
Happy Go Lucky Cheery (751080)
Happy Go Lucky Glee (751082)
Happy Go Lucky Chirpy (751085)
Happy Go Lucky Thrilled (751088)
Happy Go Lucky Dandy (751089)
Happy Go Lucky Cloud Nine (751090)
Happy Go Lucky Happy (751091)
Happy Go Lucky Embossed Stickers (732036)

Other supplies used:
Cardstock (American Crafts)
Thickers (American Crafts)
Buttons (Fancy Pants)

Design team member Melinda Spinks absolutely wowed me when she sent along her project for today.  Here's what Melinda had to say ... "This is my very first 'Free For All Friday' assignment and I've been waiting patiently for the day I had the chance to add another Venetian Mask to my daughters wall. Now, I don't do them often because they are fiddly little suckers but once they are done, I always end up with a new favourite and my daughter's bedroom is starting to look more like a mardi-gras with each addition."

Pebbles supplies used:
Floral Lane You're Sweet (751121)
Floral Lane My Darling (751126)
Floral Lane Smile Everyday (751123)
Pearl Candy Dots - White (744234)

Other supplies used:
Die Cut Machine (Cricut by Provo Craft)

Plaster mask
Burlap
Ostrich Feather
Hot Glue Gun

Design team member Mimi Leinbach created an altered clipboard for her niece using the Happy Go Lucky collection.  Here's what Mimi had to say ... "My nieces just had all their rooms newly decorated. My niece Maya wanted an art room and she asked me if I would make something to hang in her room...just like me her favorite color is purple. I decided to alter this clipboard so she could hang it in her room. I thought she could clip her favorite pictures on it like I did or hang her favorite art project from it. I wanted to use the Happy Go Lucky line...it is so perfect for little girls and had just the perfect amount of purple in the collection to suit her room perfectly. I love that this is just a simple project but she will LOVE it so much!"

Product Parade: Alphabet Stickers plus a GIVEAWAY!

Hey everyone! Today we are focusing on one of my favorite Pebbles products ... Alphabet Stickers!   Pebbles has so many different types of alphabet stickers that allow you to customize, personalize, title or label just about anything.  With ABC stickers to coordinate with each of our adorable collections you will never be at a loss for words.

Design team member Wendy Sue Anderson created this fun bathroom banner and shows us how easy it is to customize Pebbles ABC stickers to suit any color scheme or decor.  Here's what Wendy Sue had to say ... "For my assignment, I wanted to make a “bathroom rules” sign for the bathroom my two youngest boys share.  They are almost too big for these “cute” elements…but I’m going to keep decorating with cute kiddo stuff until they tell me they are too big for it!  After a bit of trial and error, I decided to make a banner rather than a framed piece.  The letter stickers I wanted to use are really cute, but the color just wasn’t working for me – so I decided to use spray paint to change the color – and what do you know, it matched the paper perfectly!  I cut the banner pieces and the little icons with my Silhouette, layered all of my pieces, added the new fun colored letter stickers, tied it all together with bakers twine and hung it up below a cute rubber-ducky picture that is hanging in their bathroom."

Pebbles supplies used:
Ever After Sparkle (751113)

Design team member Sarah Webb was inspired by the whimsical colors and fonts of our Ransom ABC stickers.  Here's what Sarah had to say ... "The brightly coloured Ransom stickers inspired this page. I really wanted the pictures and the numbers to pop, so I chose a dark coloured background. A list was a perfect way to use the numbers and capture lots of details about our son as he is now."

Pebbles supplies used:
Cats & Dogs Ransom ABC Stickers (732012)
Cats & Dogs Prrrfect Stripe (751047)
Happy Go Lucky Delight (751086)

Design team member Anna Sigga created this fun gift box using lots of Pebbles ABC stickers to decorate.  Here's what Anna had to say ... "I love alphas in any shape or form, but my faves are the sticky kind and that means I have lots and lots of those little pretties. So why not use those little alphas in a different way. I decided to cover this little cardboard box with alphas instead of papers and I kinda like it. So I challenge you to have fun with your alpha stash! :D"

How To Tuesday

First things first, I have a winner to announce from last week's "Friendship" giveaway. Thank you all so much for your comments. And the lucky winner is ...

Congratulations! Please email your full name and mailing information (including your phone number for shipping purposes) as well as your choice of current Pebbles collection to pebblesincdt(at)gmail(dot)com and put "Friendship Winner" in the subject line.

Design team member Stephanie Baxter shares how she finds inspiration for her layout designs.  Here's what Stephanie had to say ... "Hello lovely blog readers! I’m so thrilled to be sharing a ‘How to Tuesday’ post with a little bit of a twist. Today I’m going to be showing you how to take an inspiration piece and use it to inspire you to design a layout."

I don’t know if you’re familiar with Pinterest, but from what I’ve seen, there has been a definite growth in using it to find all sorts of inspiration.  It’s a great place to collect all the things you find on the internet that you love, from home decor to fashion to photography. I also use it to collect things that I see online that I think would be great to incorporate into my scrapbook pages. It’s a great little time saver when it comes to getting your scrapbook pages done, because a lot of the thinking is done for you already!

So, the first thing to do is to find an inspiration piece that you like. You will see that mine immediately translates well into a scrapbook page because of its square design.

Next, you need to pick out some of the elements of the design that you really love and decide how you can translate this on to your layout. The best piece of advice I can give is to keep it simple. Don’t over-think or over-complicate things. And don’t feel like you have to use every single design element that you like ... you can always come back to it and use it again on a different layout.

One thing I really loved about the inspiration piece I picked was the banner with the text on it. I’m definitely having a love affair with banners right now, so I knew that I wanted to utilise that particular design element and use it for my title. Look for ways in which you can adapt the design and make it your own. I added a journaling spot behind the banner and embellished it with Candy Dots to make the title stand out even more, for example.

Anything that uses blocks in its design translates really well into scrapbook pages because you can simply cut out pieces of patterned paper or cardstock, or even use photos. Things online or in magazines will have been designed in an aesthetically pleasing way, so you already have a go-to placement for all the main parts of your layout. If you’re anything like me, you often spend hours pushing the photos and paper around or your page trying to decide in which position they look best, so doing a layout this way definitely saves you a lot of time and a lot of hassle! This inspiration piece is a perfect example of that...the four blocks of colour were so easy to replace with four squares of patterned paper on my page.

You can get a really good idea about the quantity and size of photos to use on a layout when using an inspiration piece like this. The main image on my inspiration piece is quite sizeable, so I chose one large image for my layout and layered it on cardstock, leaving a border around the edge just like on the image I found online.

All that’s left to do is to add some embellishments and maybe a strip of patterned paper here and there to make it your own. It’s such a great way of doing things if you’re a little short on time or stuck in a bit of a rut design-wise. I’d love to see how you use an inspiration piece to help design a scrapbook page!

Mix & Match Monday

Happy Monday!  I hope you all had a great weekend.  Time to mix things up a bit on the Pebbles blog as some of our design team members show off their creative skills while mixing and matching products from several Pebbles collections.

Design team member Kryssi Ng created this sweet and simple card using strips of patterned papers from her scrap stash.  Here's what Kryssi had to say ... "I love, love, love, LOVE the extra strips of pattern-y goodness that comes with each sheet of patterned paper. I am not a hoarder by any means, but I was sooo reluctant to trash these babies out after a previous project. The concept of this card came together rather quickly once I picked out strips of paper from my favorite collection: Happy Go Lucky. Such a quick and easy card and I'm glad I was able to use my scraps!"

"Receiving gorgeous collections makes you want to keep even small leftovers which I did with my Pebbles DT stash. I love leftovers because it challenges me to try something different. Here, I was able to cut a few strips of patterned papers from small pieces leftovers from the Happy Go Lucky and Floral Lane lines. I was also able to use the strip labeling from some of the papers. By simply combining different sizes of strip papers, I was able to finish a quick and fun layout."

More Friendship Projects with Stephanie, Eva, and Guiseppa

Design team member Stephanie Baxter documented a lost friendship on this heartfelt layout.  Here's what Stephanie had to say ... "“Something I’ve learned in scrapbooking is that you don’t always have to make pages about happy things or when life is going great. It can also be a way to document the hard or sad times. So when I saw the theme for this week I decided to put my own little spin on it by documenting a lost friendship...something I’ve been meaning to do for a while. But just because the sentiment behind the page might be sad, doesn’t mean that the colours and patterns have to reflect that too! I wanted to use the bright, happy colours of the Ever After, Happy Go Lucky and Floral Lane collections to reflect the hope that I have that my friend and I will one day be close again.”

More Friendship Projects with Savitri, Lisa, and Jennifer

Design team member Savitri Wilder created this sweet layout about the friendship between her two daughters.  Here's what Savitri had to say ... "Our girls are five years apart but they are the bestest friends. Yes there are times when they'd argued and one (or both) ended up crying but for the most part they are always there for one another. As a mom, I feel blessed that these two are close and I can only hope that their love and friendship last forever. As a scrapbooker, I was so happy that Pebbles released the Floral Lane collection. The papers are gorgeous and the flowers really compliments the field of wild flowers that the girls were at that day. I also love that even though some of the pieces were from the New Arrival collection, they all fit into this page so well. Thanks Pebbles for designing such gorgeous and versatile lines!"

"When I'm scrapping on a schedule (and who isn't most of the time?), I go to my pile of tear sheets from magazines that sit on my scrap desk. Those graphic designers really know what they're doing, and I am always inspired by ads and articles from my favourite mags. In this case, I used a Jimmy Choo ad-- because who isn't inspired by shoes? ;) I printed out some Hipstamatic photos of my girlfriends from my iphone, then set them into a similar grid with some Cats & Dogs and Floral Lane paper. A little embellishing of the squares, and a few lines of journaling and I was done! I love it when a plan comes together."

Theme: Friendship

Happy Monday everyone!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!  Our theme this week on the Pebbles blog is friendship.  I've asked some of our Pebbles design team members to create projects all about the friends in their lives!

"This week's blog theme at Pebbles came at just the right time!  I just spent 3 wonderful days with my college roommates/girlfriends in June and it was just what we all needed.  Some of us had not seen each other in several years and it was just amazing to catch up with everyone!  For this project I used mostly Floral Lane with bits of New Addition Girl as well, since I think they go together so well.  I wanted to put lots of pictures on the layout about our weekend, so I decided to use the lined paper for journaling and hid it behind the large photo."

Free For All Friday

Happy Friday everyone! We are wrapping up the week with a few "free for all" projects from some of our design team members.

Design team member Natalie Dever used the new Floral Lane collection on this sweet layout of her daughter.  Here's what Natalie had to say ... Other supplies used:

Design team member Lady Grace Belarmino created this pretty card using our new Floral Lane collection.  Here's what LG had to say ... "Giving cards is one of the easiest way to keep in touch with families and friends. Often times, others (not us who loves this craft) just send ecards or just purchase them from a store for convenience. The good thing about making your own cards is you make the receiver feel much more important. They will feel that you dedicated a significant amount of time making the card especially for them. "

Pebbles supplies used:

Floral Lane My Darling (751126)
Floral Lane With Delight (751124)

Sketchy Thursday

For today's edition of "Sketchy Thursday" I asked some of our design team members to create a project based on this fabulous sketch by Becky Fleck.

Design team member Ria Mojica added an extra photo to her version of today's sketch.  Here's what Ria had to say ... "I love the simplicity of this week's sketch and the many possibilities it offers.  I used 2 photos and moved them off to one side and matted the group so they don't get lost in the orange background. One of my new favorite color combos is orange and pink, which I never really thought of combining until I saw the Happy Go Lucky collection."

Pebbles supplies used:
Happy Go Lucky Cheery Varnish (751080)
Happy Go Lucky Tickled Pink (751084)

Design team member Lisa Kisch shows us that Floral Lane is perfect for boys as well as girls in her version of today's sketch.  Here's what Lisa had to say ... "Who says a line called Floral Lane has to be girly? For the sketch challenge I scrapped my new baby nephew, Clark. I took these photos at the hospital - isn't he a doll? I wanted to use some of the yummy Floral Lane supplies, so I picked blue, teal and brown as a colour palette. Those dots are just begging to be filled with candy dots, and I obliged with both silver from the Mr. & Mrs. line, and blue from the New Addition Boy line.  I  am a sucker for ledger paper, and the You're Sweet patterned paper not only gave me a place to write, it also made it easy to line up my letter stickers.  I sliced off the coordinating paper strip from the bottom of a few sheets of Floral Lane paper, along with a few strips of patterned paper to create a simple block in my grid. I also rolled a few of the edges for added texture and interest.  Welcome to the world, little Clark James!"

Whip It Up Wednesday

For today's post I challenged some of our design team members to "whip up" a project using Pebbles products in 30 minutes or less. Check out these fabulous projects that can be created in no time at all!

Design team Melinda Spinks created a trio of cards in under 30 minutes.  Here's what Melinda had to say ... "Oh dear, another 30 minute challenge! I really freak out when these challenges come around because it just isn't 'me' to do anything in half an hour. So, I decided that I was going to really test the scrapping skills and make three cards by using a production line method.  I drew up the designs, had the selected papers and accessories ready, and even had tools in position. For the next 30 minutes I scrapped like a madwoman and even had to fend off inquiring husband as to why things were flying in all different directions. He wasn't used to the rush or the mess as I usually tidy as I go. Well I can honestly say I did it and there wasn't a single second to spare and the biggest mess you've ever seen ... took me longer to clean up than to make the projects."

Pebbles supplies used:
Ever After Fairy Tale (751104)
Ever After Princess Tiara (751105)
Ever After Glass Slipper (751109)

Twitterpated Love You Rub Ons (760238)

Other supplies used:
Card (American Crafts)
Remarks Rub Ons (American Crafts)
Ribbon (American Crafts)
Punch (Fiskars)

Design team member Eva Pizarro celebrated a milestone birthday on this fun layout.  Here's what Eva had to say ... "A few days ago I turned 30 and everybody was telling me how old I am! I don't think I'm old but I can definitely see that I'm not a 20-something year old anymore. This layout is about those little things that make me realize I'm getting older! To stay in the 30 minute I kept the design really simple. I used most of my time matting the patterned papers and using my corner punch. To embellish the squares I used my favorite Pebbles embellishments. They are very quick to use because they are self adhesive so you just have to remove them and attached them to your layout."

How To Tuesday

First things first, I have several winners to announce from last week's CHA reveals. Thank you all so much for your kind comments about our new releases.

The winner of the new addition to New Addition is:

The winner of Fresh Goods is:

The winner of Welcome Christmas is:

And last but not least, the winner of the Candy Dots, Rub-ons and Snapshot Stickers is:

Congratulations, winners! Please email your full name and mailing information (including your phone number for shipping purposes) to pebblesincdt(at)gmail(dot).com and put "CHA Reveal Winner" in the subject line.

Design team member Suzanne Sergi shares a fun technique today for creating custom butterfly embellishments!  Here's what Suzanne had to say ... "I love using premade embellishments on my pages, but sometimes it can be fun to create your own unique embellishments.  With a few crafting tools, and a few easy steps, you can create a paper butterfly using a scallop punch! With all the sizes available in a scallop punch, you can get creative by making scallop butterflies in a variety of fun sizes!  I love butterflies on my papercrafts, and this technique creates a butterfly with lots of  beautiful layers! My layout is of my sweet little girl with one of her best friends. I added lots of layers of tags, and embellished them with a scallop butterfly."

First, you will need a few papercrafting tools: scallop punches (assorted sizes), a small circle punch, fine tip scissors, and pop dots.

Next, using your scallop punch, punch two different sizes from patterned paper. Punch out a small circle out of a piece of vellum. Another idea, is to simply punch another scallop in a smaller size, and your butterfly will have three different layers of scallops.

Then curl in the outer edges of the scallops to give them added texture, and dimension. If I had used a solid paper, then I probably would have also ran them through an embossing folder for added detail.

Next, you are going to cut out a "heart" from the top, and bottom of the scallop.

Here are what the pieces will look like, when they are cut.

Next, cut a small slit onto the sides of the butterflies. You can sand off any edges that are not smooth. Next, the fun begins, layering both scallops together to create a fun embellishment for your papercrafts!

Once you have layered your scallops, you can now embellish the centers! The possibilities are endless! Here I  layered the butterfly with a  circle punched from vellum, and the rose brad from the Mr. & Mrs. Collection. The Pebbles buttons, candy dots, brads make perfect centers too!

The final detail is adding the Mr. & Mrs. stick pins for the scallop butterfly's antennae! I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial, and create your own unique scallop paper butterflies!

Guest Designer: Sarah Klemish

Hi everyone! I am so excited to introduce you to this week's Guest Designer Sarah Klemish.  Let's get to know Sarah a little better ...

Describe yourself in 3 words … laid back, homebody, personable.

My guilty pleasure is … Diet Pepsi and Peanut M&M’s.

You’ll never find me without … a cup of ice to chew on.

You might be surprised to know that I … do not own any scrapping mists or inks.

My least favorite chore is … laundry.

I started scrapbooking in ... 2000.

My favorite thing about this hobby is ... the stuff!!!  LOVE product!  Some I may never use but I just have to have it!

If I were a Pebbles product I would be ... textured floral papers.  So feminine!

Sarah created so many amazing projects for us this week.  I especially love how she cut some of the flowers from the patterned paper to use as dimensional embellishments on this sweet layout.  Here's what Sarah had to say ... "On this project I just knew I wanted to use the With Delight Floral Lane paper!  This picture of my son and my sister-in-law's niece was perfect!  I really wanted the picture to stand out so I kept it simple.  I hand cut a few flowers from the With Delight paper and added buttons to the center for my main embellishment."

Pebbles supplies used:
Floral Lane With Delight (751124)
Floral Lane Warm Thoughts (751117)
Floral Lane Just Because (751116)

Other supplies used:
Cardstock (American Crafts)
Circle Cutting System (Creative Memories)
Punch (Stampin' Up!)

Here's what Sarah had to say about her next project ... "I am totally in love with the Happy Go Lucky line and knew I wanted to play with the bright colors.  I am obsessed with my scallop punch and will find any reason to use it so I chose to scrap a “girly” picture.  I layered the papers and scattered the flowers and buttons throughout the layout.  I love the embossed stickers so I pop dotted the “Happy Day” stickers onto the journaling spot to complete the title."

Pebbles supplies used:
Happy Go Lucky Delight (751086)
Happy Go Lucky Carefree (751090)
Happy Go Lucky Splendid (751081)

Other supplies used:
Cardstock (Bazzill)

Punch (Stampin' Up!)
Pen (Creative Memories)

I love the simplicity of Sarah's next layout and how the butterfly makes such a bold statement on the page.  Here's what Sarah had to say ... "I just love the texture of the Floral Lane papers!  I used the Making Memories SLICE to create a simple butterfly embellishment and completed this simple layout with stitching.  I love using small strips of patterns to layer – adds some variety without overpowering the pictures (my sister-in-laws niece Hannah).  The title says it all!"

Pebbles supplies used:
Floral Lane Sweet Thoughts (751120)
Floral Lane You’re Sweet (751121)
Floral Lane A Little Hello (751118)

Here's what Sarah had to say about her final project ... "These are some of my favorite pictures of my niece Shannen – I thought the Happy Go Lucky papers were a perfect match to her floral dress!  Again, I used my scallop punch to create layers of papers under the photos.  I also added some scallop layers up top to make the layout flow better.  Simple stitching, added chipboard flowers and a pop dotted embossed sticker for the title complete my layout."

Pebbles supplies used:
Happy Go Lucky Tickled Pink (751084

More Stars and Stripes Projects with Mimi, Deena, and Kim

Design team member Mimi Leinbach created this festive layout using lots of stars and stripes.  Here's what Mimi had to say ... "One of my favorite things about Pebbles is how different releases work so well together. You would never know that I actually used products from 3 different lines on this layout. The embellishments from Floral Lane work great with the pattern papers of Happy Go Lucky.  It certainly makes scrapping stress free to know that your products will blend so well with each other.  I kept this design simple and clean to show off my adorable boys. A simple shooting star embellishment was all this needed with these star and stripped themed papers to make this layout complete and patriotic."

"Who says stars and stripes have to be reserved for the 4th of July? They are also perfect to let someone know how proud you are of the star they have become! By clustering multiple dimensional stars and anchoring them to a strip of ribbon, you can pile on the accents and still maintain a clean look."

CHA Reveal 1: New Addition 2011

It’s CHA Reveal week on the Pebbles Blog! This summer, we’re releasing some amazing collections and products including a baby-themed line, Christmas line and everyday line and a slew of card making materials. You’re in for a treat.

Remember when we introduced the simple and traditional baby-themed line, New Addition, last summer? The collection was so popular that we decided to add a whole new set of baby boy and baby girl papers and products to the line.
Bold geometric patterns, accented with sweet baby elephants and delicate florals and lace make this line perfect for preserving memories of your new arrival. It’s also great for gifts and baby shower decorations.

Here are a few of the new paper and embellishments:

"When we were asked to highlight stars and stripes, I thought, well, I don't really take a lot of photos on the 4th of July, mostly because we are in the pool all day. "I always take so many photos when we have a family get-together … and the 4th of July last year was no exception.  I narrowed down my huge batch of photos to 14 for this layout.  I love making photo collages – it allows me to put so many details on a single page layout!  I used lots of New Addition Boy products on my layout – it seemed a natural fit for the 4th of July – with lots of blue and white and glittery stars.   (Even that fun star banner border sticker was perfect – it was my inspiration for the big banner I made at the bottom of my layout.) Of course, I needed to add some red – and the Happy Go Lucky line was the perfect addition for my patriotic page!"

First up, design team member Christa Paustenbaugh created this patriotic layouts about her husband - so sweet!  Here's what Christa had to say ... "Although Pebbles doesn't have a current flag or color scheme for the holiday, there are so many ways to mix products to bring out the stars and red, white and blue.  I combined several lines to show our gratitude and pride for my husband and the amazing work he does every day for us and for our country.  He graduated from school last month and I'm so happy to have a current handsome photo of him in uniform!"

Guest Designer: Kelly Noel plus a GIVEAWAY!

Hi everyone! I am so excited to introduce you to this week's Guest Designer Kelly Noel.  Let's get to know Kelly a little better ...

Describe yourself in 3 words … fun, sarcastic, happy.

My guilty pleasure is … Days of Our Lives - I've been watching since college and still can't get enough.

You’ll never find me without … my iphone - so addicting!

You might be surprised to know that I … used to be a picky eater, but now will eat almost anything!

My least favorite chore is … cleaning bathrooms - I have 2 young boys.  :P

I started scrapbooking in . . . high school.  My first scrapbook was of my junior/senior trip to Europe.

My favorite thing about this hobby is . . . the friends I've made through the years. I love connecting with others who are just like me and that really "get it."

If I were a Pebbles product I would be . . . the entire Happy Go Lucky line! It's so bright and fun!

Kelly created so many amazing projects for us this week.  I especially love her use of the negative space of her punched hearts on this sweet summertime layout.  Here's what Kelly had to say ... "I wanted this layout to have a playful summery feel to match these photos of my son and two of his friends playing in the water at the beach. I mixed some of the Happy Go Lucky, Everafter and Floral Lane papers and used some white mist on the cardstock background. The Happy Go Lucky Toothpick Flags were the perfect accent for my title block."

Pebbles supplies used:
Happy Go Lucky Cloud Nine (751090)
Happy Go Lucky Thrilled (751088)
Happy Go Lucky Toothpick Flags (747067)
Happy Go Lucky Buttons (747069)
Floral Lane My Darling (751126)
Floral Lane Icon Stickers (732056)
Floral Lane Phrase Stickers (732054)

Floral Lane ABC Stickers - Pink (732053)
Floral Lane Button Candy Dots Pink (747114)
Floral Lane Button Candy Dots Aqua (747113)
Ever After Glass Slipper (751109)

Other supplies used:

Stickers (Basic Grey for Studio Calico)
Mist (Studio Calico)

Here's what Kelly had to say about her next project ... "I recently took these photos of my boys with my Mom and knew I wanted to print them in color and go w/the aqua/orange/green/white color scheme to match the photos. I pulled most of the papers from Floral Lane and Happy Go Lucky that had those colors and mixed them up here. I used a border punch for three of the papers along the bottom edge of my photo block for added interest."

Pebbles supplies used:
Floral Lane My Darling (751126)
Floral Lane A Little Hello (751118)
Floral Lane Icon Stickers (732056)
Floral Lane Phrase Stickers (732054)

Happy Go Lucky Cloud Nine (751090)
Happy Go Lucky Carefree (751083)

Happy Go Lucky Fabric Brads (747077)
Happy Go Lucky Buttons (747069)

Other supplies used:

Stickers (Basic Grey for Studio Calico)
Mist (Studio Calico)

Kelly also created two cards for us today.  Here's what she had to say about her first card ... "I love using phrase stickers for cards ... they make it so quick and simple! Here I used two of the Floral Lane papers along with the phrase sticker. To accent the card, I made a ribbon flower and then added a flower brad from the Mr. & Mrs. line to the center."

Pebbles supplies used:
Floral Lane A Little Hello (751118)
Floral Lane You're Sweet (751121)
Floral Lane Phrase Stickers (732054)
Mr. & Mrs. Rose Brads (747089)

Here's what Kelly had to say about her next card ... "As soon as I saw that pretty banner paper from the Ever After line, I knew I wanted to cut one of the banners out. The small size was perfect to fit along the top of my card and I adhered it with foam adhesive to really give it some dimension. I love mixing fonts ... especially script and non-script fonts together, so these alphas were perfect for that."

Pebbles supplies used:
