Hello MLS fans! We are pleased to finish off our design team introductions with...
Bio:
Hi! I’m over the moon excited to be joining the My Little Shoebox Design Team. I have been paper crafting for 11 years and love to create 12 x 12 layouts, stamped cards, mini-albums, and altered projects. I live in Georgetown, Kentucky with my husband, our 5 children, and lots of puppies and kitties. There is never a dull moment in our house J You’ll find me all over the scrapping world chatting on message boards and entering challenges. I love visiting blogs and galleries admiring the creativity of fellow crafters. When I’m not scrapbooking, I enjoy photography, weekend road trips, and reading my favorite magazines.

Returning designers Nicole and Susan
Hello MLS fans! Today we are also welcoming back...
Bio:
Greetings! My name is Nicole Wragge and I currently live in the Phoenix with my dear husband and two silly daughters. I am blessed to be a stay at home mom and it has brought such joy and a deep sense of thankfulness to my life. My family keeps me pretty busy with play dates and charity events, but when I get some "me" time I usually spend it scrapping, taking photos of the everyday super-fun chaos and listening to music. I have been scrapping a few years, however it wasn't until recently did I discover the true depth of this amazing craft. When inspiration hits me it's time to brainstorm, sketch, raid my ever-growing stash and CREATE! I have been known for hosting family picnics in our living room because the kitchen table is covered with my in-the-works projects! I feel so very lucky to be a part of this design team and I look forward to all the creativity to come! Creative Cheers!
Here's a look at Nicole's beautiful work
And a warm welcome back as well to...
Bio:
Hi, Susan Dupre here. I am a wife and a mom of a fabulous little boy who is my favorite scrapping subject. I have been scrapping now for about t hree years, and I absolutely love it!! I have been on several manufacturer teams, and I have been fortunate enough to have been published in various magazines as well. All, which makes me feel truly blessed. However, the most rewarding part of scrapping is the amazing people that I have met throughout my journey. I looking forward to my term with My Little Shoebox and calling my fellow design team members friends. Thanks MLS! It will be such an honor to design for such a fabulous company
Here's a look at Susan's work
We're thrilled to have both these talented ladies return for another term. Leave them some welcome back wishes!

Returning designers Rocio and Beckie
Hello MLS fans! We hope you had a great Easter weekend with your families. We are pleased to resume our introductions today with a warm welcome back to...
Hi There, my name is Beckie, originally from the South of England but after many years of travelling have settled in Scotland with my hubby and our two wee girls, who keep me on my toes daily.
As well as creating with fun products I love to take my camera and head out with the family into the hills or down the beach, these are great places to find the lost mojo that has decided to take a wee holiday!
My early memories of crafting were with my gran when I used to go and visit and she would show me all the things she had made. I love to scrapbook and make cards and can often be seen at the school gates glistening with glitter!
I have had work published in the UK and US magazines and also enjoying teaching the joy of scrapbooking!
Basically I am just a girl who has been let loose with paper and scissors, living life to the full and scrapping to preserve it!
Here's a look at Beckie's beautiful submissions

Hello MLS fans! Let's give a big warm welcome to our special Guest Designer today, Linda Auclair
Bio:
Hi! I’m Linda Auclair from New Hampshire. I’m a mom of 3, and currently work at the high school in town as a Library Aide. I’m a lifelong crafter, and have been obsessed with papercrafting for the past decade. I’ve designed for a number of retail websites, and currently design for A Million Little Things (dot com). I have been a member of several Creative Teams for different manufacturers including Creative Imaginations, and have done freelance and guest design team work for other manufacturers like Echo Park, Momenta, Fiskars and October Afternoon. I have been a Featured Artist at Echo Park, Pink Paislee and Websters Pages. I am currently a member of the Design Team for Epiphany Crafts. I have been published in several magazines including Paper Crafts, Creating Keepsakes, Scrapbook Trends, and Scrapbooking and Beyond. My most recently published project is a wall-hanging in the Northridge Press "Holiday" edition of Scrapbook Trends. You can find me chatting and posting projects online on Facebook or here on my blog: http://elendae.wordpress.com/
The Crane Campaign is something that has been near and dear to my heart since March, and I felt that I needed to scrap about it.
Crane close-up
Here is the journaling
Following the devastating earthquake and tsunami in Japan on March 11th, I felt strongly that I needed to do something to help. My friend Jo who lived and worked in Japan for many years, immediately started a fundraising project with the International Club and the Crane Campaign for relief efforts in Japan was born. The Campaign has now spread to all three schools in the district, and to date we have raised almost $2000 – that is a lot of crane folding going on! We have filled the windows at the library with cranes at the High School, and they are displaying them in the Middle and Elementary Schools as well. I’ve lost track of how many people I have taught how to fold, and how many I have folded myself. The fundraiser ends on the 21st and I am so thankful to the school staff and the community who have given so much to aid those in need half a world away. April 2011
Thanks so much!
Linda
Here are a few more projects from Linda
A big thanks from all of us at My Little Shoebox Linda for sharing your work with us today! Next Thursday join us and we say goodbye to Nichol Magouirk and take a look at some altered projects she'll be sending us off with.
Have a great day!

Hello MLS fans! Today we are pleased to introduce...
Bio:
Hello, my name is Norine. I'm a not-quite-50, mother of 4+ a daughter-in-law, married to Paul for 30 years, misplaced Canadian living in Arizona.
All my life I have loved photos. Even ones of people I don't know. And I've loved listening to the stories that each photo tells. But eventually the story-tellers are gone and (if we’re lucky) the photo albums remain and while it's fun to imagine the story behind each picture, it's much more satisfying to know the real story. That is what motivates me to put pictures and pen to paper. Well, that and the patterned paper. Oh, and the mists and rub-ons and ribbon and chipboard. And the adhesives! What other hobby could you find that requires so many types of adhesive!? Isn't it great!?
Four kids, one endlessly supportive husband and many varied interests (cooking, reading, snowboarding, travel, photography, cottaging; but not cleaning, yard work or technology, no interest at all in those) provide me with more photos than I will ever get scrap booked, but in the meantime, I'm having a great time messing around with fun and artistic techniques and products. And when I need to sound more credible, I refer to myself as the "Guardian of my Family's History".
And I'm thrilled to have been chosen for My Little Shoebox's DT and am SO looking forward to what the next year here will bring!!
Here's a look at Norine's beautiful work!
Love all those paper
roses!

Hello MLS fans. Today we continue to introduce our new design team and we are pleased to introduce...
Hi! My name is Linda Kretz, and I'm truly excited to be joining the MLS Design Team as a new member! Crafts of all kinds have been an integral part of my entire adult life; the last 4+ years have awakened a strong passion in me for scrapbooking. I am retired, so my time is now available to devote creative energy and time to enjoy many of life's pleasures, with scrapping at the top of the list! My two children have presented me with 4 wonderful grandchildren who have enriched my life immeasurably - their young faces and excitement with almost everything around them provides terrific scrapbooking ideas! I have used MLS collections for quite a while - their whimsical, fresh, colorful themes lend themselves to great layouts, projects and cards. I love working with new techniques, experimenting with copic markers, making and using flowers, and working with varieties of color and paper textures. I hope you will enjoy my work as much as I do creating it!
Here's a look at Linda's work
Love the city scene Linda created with our City by the Bay collection.
The stamps in the Oasis line are easy to color and use on cards like Linda did here.
Handmade flowers are the best!
We look forward to getting to know Linda more in the coming year and seeing more of her work!
Join us tomorrow for more inspiration from this month's Guest Designer, Nichol Magouirk!!!

I live in a beautiful city called Curitiba, in the South of Brazil, with my hubby and my 14 old year son, Rafael.

We appreciate that you make our My Little Shoebox blog a part of your day. So today we introduce you to Shemaine Smith, our social media/marketing and design team member.
I am so excited to be a part of the My Little Shoebox team. I'm a work at home mom with two wonderful children and married to a great guy. I'm really passionate about paper crafting. I always share with my fellow mom friends that scrapbooking saved me from the baby blues. After 10 years of service in the financial industry I became a SAHM when my daughter was born in 2007. It was quite a shock to go from a full time job to being home with a newborn. I needed something to keep me busy so I started searching out challenge sites and would create my entries while my little one slept. I had no idea that there was an entire industry of scrapbookers out there until I was given a ticket to the Craft and Hobby Association Winter Trade show in 2009. Now I am happy to be the social media girl for MLS and designing for Helen. I have to say the best part of my journey so far has been the friendships I've made while designing alongside so many talented ladies.
Here's some of Shemaine's work
We look forward to more inspiration from Shemaine this year!
We'd love to hear what inspires you to keep coming back when you visit a manufacturers blog. Leave a comment telling us and we'll send out a mix of MLS goodies to one lucky winner to be announced Friday!
Have you finished up your sketch for the sketch challenge? We'd love for you to post it to our Facebook group here
