Webster's Pages + Unity Stamp Company {Stamped Embellishments}
Ooooh, we are LOVING all this Unity swap and all the beautiful things the Unity Girls are posting on their blog! Have you been over to check it out?
Today we get to share even MORE hand-stamped inspiration for you and we couldn't be more excited!
Here is a gorgeous layout from Tomoko Takahashi...go ahead, lean in closer for a really good look:
Tomoko made all her circle accents by covering the circle tag from the Doily and Chevron Stamp Tag Set with two different colors of ink and stamping them onto patterned paper.
Next, she cut out the circles and adhered them onto her layout:
Notice how she used Foam adhesive to pop the circles up off the background for a very cool visual effect:
We also love the addition of the circular Perfect Accents to add even more interest.
Speaking of circles and Perfect Accents, Nina Ostermann also found a great use for both. Look how she embossed white ink onto her paper and then layered a Perfect Accent on top for the perfect Clean and Simple results:
Nina's layout boasts the perfect amount of white space, but there's still plenty to look at. And notice her use of our new Mini Message Stickers:
These are wonderful to mix and match like Nina's done here.
Designer Jaz Lee also got a chance to play with her stamps. To create some handmade, textured elements, she stamped onto patterned paper and then cut hexagons out to use on her layout:
The inked up additions are to die for and we couldn't be more inspired by the results!
So, do you have itchy fingers? There's so much more to see today over at the Unity Blog, and there's still time to enter yesterday's giveaway if you scroll on down!
Happy stamping!

Webster's Pages + Unity Stamp Company {Getting Inky}
We're so happy you agree that Unity + Webster's Pages is a match made in heaven! We think you're going to fall in love this week with all the fabulous inspiration, but why keep talking about it when I can just show you?
Look at this gorgeous layout from Classic Designer Gerry van Gent:
Gerry used the Unity/Girl Land Fun Burst Stamp to stamp a lovely photo background on her white cardstock. And here, you can see how she used the Tea Cup Tag stamp to create a gorgeous tag to highlight part of her title.
As if that weren't enough, look at how Gerry dolled up this little hand-cut girl motif with trim and gems:
Are you as smitten as we are?
These background stamps are incredibly versatile and so fun to use.
Clean and Simple Designer Jaime Warren also worked her magic with just the right amount of stamping for her lovely Clean and Simple design:
Jaime used the Bubbly Background Stamp for this hint of texture she created. She misted the stamp in white mist and shine mist and then stamped my background paper. The results are stunning!
How about another Girl Land Giveaway?
We're going to give away a collection kit today to one lucky reader! Just tell us which stamp is your favorite and you'll be entered to win!
And be sure to head over to the Unity Stamp Company BLOG to see what they're Design Team is doing with their Girl Land papers & products!
As for yesterday's prize pack...the winner is:

Webster's Pages + Unity Stamp Company
Did you notice that our brand new Girl Land Collection has a whole perfectly coordinated stamp set? We didn't want that to slip under your radar, so this whole week, we're teaming up with the awesome folks at Unity Stamp Company to show you what a match made in heaven these stamps and Girl Land really are.
And stay tuned...we're giving away LOTS of amazing prizes this week!
First up, take a look at Anabelle's gorgeous layout and marvel at how she added so many beautiful stamped images in a perfectly soft way:
Anabelle used a couple different stamp sets on her page, the Girl Land Doily Chevron and Girl Land Diamonds to create stamped accents. Here's, she stamped in white ink and then embossed her images with white embossing powder.
To stay with the circle theme, she next cut more circles from the Girl Land papers, matted them on white cardstock and stitched around the edges for the perfect complement to her photo.
Emma Trout also had fun playing with the Unity stamps designed for our Girl Land Collection:
And when we say "play" we really mean it! Emma's layout reminds us of a happy playground of paint and ink...and we love the way she incorporated stamps throughout the layout. What a gorgeous job!
She is making us swoony for the chevrons all over again! And notice how in several places, you get just a hint of the stamp, as if she hasn't applied full pressure to apply them. This is a lovely way to create a bit of visual interest on any background!
And in case you were wondering, our Clean and Simple girls are also getting busy with these Unity Stamps! Look at this adorably stunning page from Designer Stacey Michaud:
We LOVE how she used the Bubbly Background Stamp to create a fun design and then continued it by hand-cutting the polka-dots from our Bubbly Patterned Paper. What a great idea to tie the stamp right into her design.
Stacey proves hand-stamping can be easy and perfect for any Clean and Simple Designer!
Diana Brodeur also shows off a clean and simple design that is to die for:
Notice how she stamped the Doily and Chevron Tag Set onto patterned paper and then cut them out, layering them underneath her photo for added visual interest? These simple additions are absolute stunners, and they're just one of the many reasons we're in LOVE with the Unity Stamps for the Girl Land Collection!
So, how would you like to WIN a Girl Land Prize pack today?
Here's how you can! All you have to do is leave us a comment and tell us: What is your favorite way to use stamps in your crafting?
The BEST news is that today you can also win over on the Unity Blog! Head over there for more incredible, inspiring combinations of Webster's Pages + Unity Stamps and find out more on how you can win!

Crafting With Kids {A Girl Land Layout}
Step TWO: Sort through the products you will allow your child to use. In this case, Gerry is putting her scraps to great use. Look at this huge pile Leanne got to choose from...
Step THREE: Okay, this is a hard one. Stand back and allow your child to decorate their layout however they want. We know it's going to be hard not to jump in, but this is her chance to be creative...so, as much as it pains the perfectionist scrapbooker in you...just shhhhh....:)
Step FOUR: Use this chance to teach your child one or two simple concepts that you use in your scrapbooking. (This is when you get to speak up!) Here, Gerry showed Leanne a little bit about hand-cutting...and Leanne did a pretty amazing job:
Step FIVE: Photograph the layout to share with the rest of the world...because her layout is absolutely beautiful! (Tell her so!)
Step Six: No explanation needed: Just admire her...
So, what kind of scrapbooking and/or papercrafting are you doing with your kids? We'd love to see your successes! We all need great summer projects to do with our kids!

Crafting With Kids {Paper Dolls for Little Ones}
This week, you might have guessed that our kids are getting their craft on...and all ages are welcome to attend.
Today, Designer Jill Cornell has created two very fabulous Girl Land Paper Dolls:
For two very fabulous little girls:
Jill's three-year-old twins are beyond cute, and with a little help from their mommy, they were able to bring these paper dolls to life.
Jill cut the clothing out for them, adding bits of Girl Land embellishments...
Trims, Tutu Trim, Storyteller Alphas, Dazzle-Me Gems and Netting all make these little girls come to life.
Jill added the tabs on the sides of the clothing so her twins could easily dress their new friend.
It's simple, easy and quick, but can you think of a better way to entertain two cuties after naptime?
Who else is dying over that photo? These girls are TOO adorable. And we think their paper dolls are pretty snazzy too!

Crafting With Kids {Boy Edition}
If you've got a little boy in your life who loves to paint, draw, cut and paste, this post is for you, though it's so versatile, little girls will love it too.
Designer Gerry van Gent is here today to share these gorgeous bookmarks:
Gerry happened to see this idea in a Creating Keepsakes idea book a few years back, and it made quite the impression because she's remembered it ever since...and now, she's putting it into action with the help of her son, Alexander.
Step One: Trace two rectangles sizes: 7" x 3.5" and 5" x 2.5". Alexander is using our Game On Collection, which is perfect for boy projects.
Step Two: Cut the two rectangles.

Crafting With Kids {Summer Vacation Memory Jar}
As the school year comes to a close, (do you believe that?!) it's time to start thinking about summer. And for many people, summer means vacation. And for us here at Webster's Pages, vacation means GREAT memories that need to be scrapped!
Why not get your kids in on the fun? Jamie Harder created this adorable Palm Beach-y memory jar to preserve their vacation memories and the fun things her girls collected on the beach:
Now you really can bottle up the greatness of vacation all year round...and what better way to do that than with our Palm Beach Collection?
We love how Jamie has dolled up this simple tag with a Perfect Accent and pink bulldog clip and then written the name of their vacation spot so they know exactly where these shells were collected.
The best part is, her daughter can take ownership of this sweet little jar...
Next time you go on vacation, think about preserving the fun things you find with an easy to create memory jar like Jamie's. With just a bit of supervision, your kids can get in on the fun of decorating, placing the items inside and finding the perfect place to put it on display!

Step-by-Step Girl Land with Emma Trout
Today we are so excited to bring a little bit of England to our blog...Emma Trout is here to teach us how to create this gorgeous layout:
We're so excited about this collection (and Emma's tutorial), so let's dig right in.
Take it away, Emma...
I was so inspired by the colours and striped design of the ‘Retail Shopping’ paper from ‘Girl Land ‘ collection that I decided to create a rainbow themed page.
For this, I chose to use watercolour paints to emulate a rainbow colour mix...teaming it with the gorgeous bright colours in the range.
Here’s how I created this page:
I cut out a rainbow of Girl Land designs: Doilies, flowers, circles, tags and layered them onto white cardstock until I was happy with the design. DO NOT glue anything onto the cardstock at this stage. I made a pencil mark on to the cardstock to show it’s position and remove the designs.
I wanted to use a watercolour technique on this layout. You can achieve this by using watercolour paints, watered down acrylic paints, watercolour pencils or even Glimmer Mists.
Start by applying a layer of plain water onto the cardstock, in the area where you will be applying colour. Before the paint dries apply two or more drops of colour and allow them to bleed together. When you are happy allow to dry.
I wanted to add some fine paint splatter on top of the watercolour and achieved this by dipping an old toothbrush into black acrylic paint and flicking the bristles so the paint splatted on to the cardstock.
When dry, add design made in step one.
I tore the right side of the cardstock and layered two Girl Land papers underneath to make the layout 8.5 “ x 11”.
Finish the layout by using the techniques learned in step 1-3 to create a cluster of photos and papers to the right of cardstock and adding journalling strips and a title.
Emma's results are clearly spectacular, and now that she's broken it all down for us, not that difficult to achieve!
So, tell us...what are you going to make when you get your Girl Land?

It's no secret that we are in a GIRLY mood this week, and the fun just keeps on keeping on.
Today, I give you designer Stacey Michaud, who created this sweet Mother's Day Matchbook Album for the Creating Keepsakes Blog yesterday (there's a giveaway!) AND who is here today via satellite to share what she loves about being a girl...
One of our favorite things about this collection is its versatility. We've shown you altered projects, little girl mini books and layouts and today, we're showing you how you can use this collection for teens and tweens!
Here's a closer look at Stacey's layout:
So many of these elements will work for girls at any age, and Stacey proves it here.
A fresh, simple, elegant layout to show off the sweet teens and tweens in her life.
Kay Rogers also loved playing with Girl Land. She created an altered canvas for a teen's bedroom:
Not only are we in love with the collection, we're in love with the way she's put it on display. Simple color-blocked squares, some glitter and a really awesome quote make this project a star.
The pink wood grain Kay's talking about is this sheet right here...
...which is completely swoon-worthy!

"As soon as I saw the Girl Land papers and especially the new Mini Messages stickers, I knew that I wanted to create a mini album for each of my daughters.
I interviewed each of them at age 3 and paired the interview with birthday photos of them.

Tomoko Takahashi is also a detail-lover, and we're so happy she is...because that means we get to really appreciate so many different things about her layout.
Our doilies are such a fabulous way to add a bit of texture to a layout, and Tomoko points out that the adhesive sheets are the perfect way to adhere them to your page.
What a great idea! Then, when you add the Foam Squares, you've got nothing but pure beauty, making the details jump right off the page.
Iris Babao Uy also took advantage of these stellar adhesives to create a lovely altered project that would make a beautiful addition to any home.
Using the Crafty Power Tape, Iris was able to get great stick, even on the heavier embellishments, like the Perfect Accents.
It's great to know that things will stay just where you want them and not fall apart the second you think you've finished!

Webster's Pages * Scrapbook Adhesives Swap {Day Four}
So, here we are on Thursday of this week-long swap with the fabulous Scrapbook Adhesives...and we're so excited to share three Palm Beach projects today...
Kicking it off is Designer Stacey Michaud, who regularly uses the Foam Squares on her layouts.
Like this one:
Since Stacey is a Clean and Simple scrapper, she loves to add a little bit of dimension to give her layouts some pop. You can see she added foam squares under the chevron paper and the flamingo strip to give both items some lift.
Stacey also used the Crafty Power Tape to hold down the Perfect Accents Silhouette and the trim.
Stacey says, "It's strong enough to get the job done and you can make the piece as large or small as you need."
Designer Anabelle O'Malley created an amazing card, letting Palm Beach really shine. You can see all the little details that make this card so fun.
Anabelle says: "Scrapbook Adhesives helped my card come together so easily. I love lots of dimension and texture on my projects and the different adhesives helped me add the layers to the card. The Crafty Power Tape was perfect for holding the strip of striped ribbon in place. The E-Z Runner tape did a great job of adhering the cameo to the die cut flower."
Anabelle's favorite? The 3D Foam! She used it to pop up my umbrella, the sentiment and the top layer of her card and it worked like a dream!
Finally, Gabrielle Pollacco also got busy with Palm Beach...and look at the results:
Such a beautiful layout! Gabrielle used three different kinds of adhesive to bring this page together. First, her hand-cut flower petals went on perfectly thanks to these trusty Adhesive Sheets:
As you can see, we are loving this Webster's Pages + Scrapbook Adhesives marriage. We hope you're finding yourself inspired too! Be sure to come back tomorrow for a chance to win an awesome prize package from both manufacturers!

Webster's Pages * Scrapbook Adhesives Swap {Day Three}
Here we are on Day Three of our swap with the amazing Scrapbook Adhesives, and we are having a ball. Our designers have been creating so many amazing projects with this stuff...and today is no exception.
Check out what Diana Brodeur did when she matched her trusty adhesives with our new Game On Collection...
Diana used Mounting Squares to adhere the papers to her layout. She then used the Foam Squares to pop up the flower centers and banner title. Diana chose adhesive strips to adhere the pieces of ribbon to her layout, and those worked like a charm!
Designer Jill Cornell also paired Game On with Scrapbook Adhesives for a fabulous outcome:
Her two-page spread celebrates "A Day Out With Thomas" and she was able to use a variety of Scrapbook Adhesives product to make sure the page came together beautifully...
Jill used the Foam Squares for dimension behind the stars, the Crafty Power Tape behind the flowers on the stars and the Click 'n Stick Mounting Squares behind the photos, and clearly it worked like a charm.
Jill's layout is so charming, and what a great way to capture this very special memory.
Emma Trout also went to town with the SBA+Game On mash-up:
And wow. What a gorgeous page. I love how the collection takes on an entirely different feel on this layout. I suppose that goes to show how versatile this line is!
Emma's Butterfly Push Pin pops right off the page thanks to the Foam Square and her Sparkler was easy to adhere thanks to the super strong Adhesive Sheets.
Yes, we're in love.
And who can blame us? Look at that dimension!
It's fair to say we're a bit smitten with these adhesives...
Now, a Question for YOU: Tell us, what crafty project are you working on these days? We can't wait to hear!

Webster's Pages * Scrapbook Adhesives Swap {Day Two}
It's always so inspiring when great products meet up with other great products, and that's just what's happening this week as we team up with the lovely ladies of Scrapbook Adhesives.
Today, we've got two more gorgeous layouts and a stellar card to share to inspire you for your next paper crafting project! These projects all feature our Sunday Picnic Collection, which is perfect for the spring memories you're making this month!
First, take a look at this layout by the ever-fabulous Jaime Warren:
Jaime took advantage of the Foam Squares, choosing just the right details to add dimension to. It gives the layout so much depth.
These adhesives are equally as effective for all you cardmakers out there!
Look what Jamie Harder created:
Jamie's simple style is met with a straightforward adhesive. EZ-mini dots are so easy to use, this card came together in a snap. For heavier embellishments, like this medallion sparkler, a balled up bit of Crafty Power Tape does the trick!
Finally, we're showing off Emeline Seet's more intricate style, which craves a strong adhesive.
Because the Classic Webster's look loves layers and hand-cut elements, these 3D Foam squares are a must-have. They're self adhesive and so easy to use...and the results are clearly stunning!
Just apply to each corner of the element you're adhering, and you're good to go.
It really doesn't get much easier than that!
If you're going to spend time creating pages, it's important that they don't fall apart. That's why these adhesives are perfection!
