Good morning! I hope you've had a chance to check out the new Garden that bloomed this morning...There are so many awesome layouts from the Garden Girls highlighting the new year and new goals. It was hard to pick just a few, so make sure you take time to check out the entire Garden.
This layout from Margie made me want to pack a suitcase and just go to the airport. Doesn't everyone need that this time of year?
This layout from Shannon is so sweet. I loved that it wasn't necessarily about a new year or resolutions, but about things she wants to teach her new daughter. I love the ones that you wouldn't necessarily think of ("paint your toes" "wrap presents," etc.)
I love the colors on this layout from Jen G. and how she mixed her patterned papers.
I'm a big fan of no-photo layouts. I think sometimes you just need to document things and it's OK to not have a photo, so I loved these two pages from Jen J. and Kelli. I adore Jen's style (so opposite of my own and I wish I could scrap like her!) and on this layout I love how she created the "blocks" with her sewing machine. On Kelli's, I love the mix of patterned papers. I usually stick to mixing patterned papers with a similar color scheme, but this makes me want to take out my patterned papers that simply look good together, regardless of color!
Finally, I loved this new layout from new Garden Girl Jan. It's so peaceful and serene and I love how she incorporated the journaling into the photo. Stunning!
I hope you have a great day and are having a wonderful New Year already.
