Altered Frames: Adhering paper to frames

Recently there was a conversation here on Two Peas about making altered photo frames. Because I make a lot of frames, several people asked me if I would share my technique for adhering paper to the frame. I made this video to do that. It is my first attempt at making a how-to video so it isn't too slick or fancy, but I think it illustrates my technique enough to help.
