Becky shares, "I am so excited to be a part of the American Crafts Contributing Design Team and to have my first project up on the blog today. I was a little nervous about it, knowing what you all expect from members of this team. When Paige asked me to create a project using my favorite technique the wheels in my head started turning and this is what I came up with.

"I started with a craft store wooden flower frame with a mirror insert as my canvas and it came together little by little as I added more and more to it and ended up with what you see here. I simply covered the wooden frame with patterned paper, added a little doodling and inking and then the fun began!

"My favorite thing to do is to cut embellishments from patterned paper and the roses from the Dear Lizzy paper are perfect for this. I added a bit of glitter glue to the roses and chipboard after placing them on the frame. I punched the butterflies from some more Dear Lizzy Spring paper, inked the edges and then added the brads to the centers. I was going to leave the mirror as-is but decided to add a cute picture to the center instead. The Dear Lizzy 'bliss' chipboard piece was perfect to go along with the happy picture of my girls."

Thanks for sharing Becky! It's a beautiful frame that I'm sure your girls will treasure forever!
