Here is one final colorful layout by Wendy McKee to get you inspired:
Supplies: Water Front Park Paper (35229) - City Park, Central Park Paper (35223) - City Park, Forest Gardens Paper (35226) - City Park, Liberty Grove Paper (35239) - City Park, Skyline Park Paper (35235) - City Park, Fairmont Gardens Paper (35243) - City Park, Lakeside Park Paper (35224) - City Park, Hyde Park Paper (35238) - City Park, Mountain Park Paper (35231) - City Park, Gate Journaling (42175) - Remarks, Swing (72003) - Delights, Stroll Grasshopper (53115) - Thickers
Wendy says, "This is a photo of my husband and son, which as you can see they are both looking directly at the camera...not something that happens most of the time. I knew that I wanted this photo to be on a page that is full of colour so the City Park lin was perfect. Banners are very 'in' right now and I wanted to combine them with the City Park paper flowers and this page is what I came up with. To add a bit of extra detail on this page I did some hand sewing. To jazz up the banners I added some white stitching and some scallops. I also added some stitching onto the edges of the journaling to give it some detail."
I hope your world has been a little more colorful this week and you have fun participating in the challenge!
PS - Happy Halloween on Sunday!
