Hi, my name is Katja Schneider, I live in sunny Sydney, Australia and I'm married with three children. I enjoy the process of creating, it is all about ‘time out’ and doing something for myself that I love! My children also sometimes keep me company and love making their own birthday invitations and other little projects. I'm so excited to be part of the Fancy Pants Team and very lucky to create with their beautiful products.
Q: What is your favorite Fancy Pants product?
A: I would have to say the papers and stamps. I'm hoping for more stamps from the CHA Winter release!
Q: What is your favorite technique?
A: I mentioned I love stamps so I have to say anything that involves stamping. Also a current favorite is misting.

Q: How long have you been scrapbooking?
A: I have been scrapbooking since 2002 when my son was born.
Q: Where do you find inspiration?
A: I usually start my projects with a sketch, it a gives me a starting point to work from. I often go blog hopping and find little details that I like and may incorporate into my next design. There are also some great challenge blogs for color combinations that I regularly visit and that inspire me.
Q: If someone was to walk into your scrap room/area right now, what would they find?
A: Organized chaos. As long as I know where everything is under piles of paper and glue I'm happy. Once I'm starting to search for things and it takes up to much time to find the required item it's time for a cleanup. It just never stays that way for very long!
