Mixtape Challenge!
Merry Christmas Eve! First I'd like to congratulate the winner of last week's Holiday Gifts challenge, Eva Pizzaro:
Such a cute, quick, and easy holiday gift! You could totally bust a bunch of these out today and give them to your neighbors tonight!
To finish off Mixtape week, here is a layout by Maggie Holmes:

Maggie says, "I created this layout as part of a Christmas mini album I am making. I havebeen taking lots of pictures with my instax camera because it makes it easier for me to get things done during this busy time of year! I love that I already have the photos printed and ready to go immediately! I am using lots of the Dear Lizzy Christmas line in my mini album because I love the colors and the whimsical embellishments. They seem to fit perfectly with my décor and style. For this layout I used different Mixtapes to create the banners that go across the top of my layout. All I did was cut the tape into either the penant flag shape (for the bottom banner) or a triangle shape (for the top banner). The thing I love the most is that after handling and cutting the tape it wasn't super sticky so now the ends of the
penant flags curl up! So cute!! I stitched the tops of the banners down so that they wouldn't go anywhere but I love how the bottoms curl up like this!"
Here's your challenge for this next week:
1. The card, layout, or project featuring Mixtape must be posted to an online gallery or blog with American Crafts in your supply list.
2. You must leave a comment on this blog post with a link to your project online. You also must fill in your email address when posting your comment on this blog post so I can notify you if you've won.
3. Projects and links must be posted by midnight PST on Thursday, December 30th, 2010.
4. The winner will receive an entire current line of their choice.
Have fun and MERRY CHRISTMAS tomorrow!
