Melanie says, "New Year's Eve is all about sparkle and shine, so I decided to make this paper chain decoration with the beautiful glitter paper after seeing a similar idea on the Martha Stewart website.
I cut different sized circles with a Spellbinders die (cut twice to cover the back), glued them together and punched holes, and then added jump rings to connect them. Once that was done, I adhered the puffy black Berry Thickers to each side of the circle (an important step because it spins around gently and you will see the back), strung the chain with invisible fishing line, and voila! Simple and cute party decor. Happy New Year everyone!"
