WF11 Celebrate Spring Color Challenge

Dates of Challenge: Saturday March 5 through Sunday March 13

Welcome to the Celebrate Spring Color Challenge! Spring is all about change, dormant things springing back to life and fresh opportunities for new growth. Among other things, spring means lush green grass, a kaleidoscope of colorful flowers and delicate butterflies fluttering about. Colors seem to glow, sparkle and shimmer; everything is fresh, beautiful and new, a source of joy and pleasure after a long winter.

Celebrate the coming of new life, spring and growth, by creating a sparkling, colorful layout, card, mini-book or any other item of your choice using your favorite floral, butterfly or other spring-themed stamps. Please follow the lists of "ingredients" as well as feel free to use additional products of your choice, as desired. If you lack a required item, feel free to substitute a similar product.

You will notice that I have not posted a sample. While I have ideas in mind were I doing this challenge, I want you to think outside the box and come up with your own project based on these criteria. Let your imagination blossom and take wing! Surprise me!

This challenge is open to all color mediums and design styles. You are welcome to combine this challenge with all other challenges and you may design as many Celebrate Spring Color projects as you desire.

Perfection is not required, so please don't let the details of this challenge intimidate you. Just take baby steps if need be, allow yourself to grow as an artist and celebrate spring!
