Today's Product Spotlight is probably one of my favorite collections Fancy Pants has come out with. I just can't get enouh of the soft sherbert tones and funky patterns of It's The Little Things. Take a look at how some of our Pocket Chicks used this sweet and whimsical collection of papers and embellishments.

Live Laugh by Iris Babao Uy
Iris comments about her layouts, "I love the It's The Little Things collection because it has so many whimsical elements and design. To create my pages, I hand-cut several elements to help bring out the wonderul designs in the paper. I also layered the paper flowers and added flower centers to add dimension."
Notecards by Allison Landy
Allison says, "I was checking through my stash of cards, and it became apparent that it had recently been raided by someone (ahem, daughter dear). So, what better way to build my collection back up than to gather my little bit classy, little bit quirky set of papers and embellishments from the It's the Little Things line. This line works for any type of sentiment or greeting which made it the perfect choice. Since I can't seem to look two feet in any direction without seeing some kind of ribbon or medallion decoration, that seemed pretty fitting for my cards as I began thinking of my design. I started with great papers, added some of the flag pieces from the chipboard banners, and layered up with some ribbon. A simple sentiment across the bottom, and I am now set ... at least until the next time the kid decides she needs a quick and easy card."
It's The Litle Things Mini Album by Rachel Tucker
Rachel says, "I was so excited to be showcasing my all time favourite line of Fancy Pants – It’s The Little Things. I adore the colours in this line and the details in all the journal embellishments, papers and trims. My project is a mini tag album that incorporates papers, embellishments and the trim from this gorgeous line. The album is bound together with a ring closure covered with the Fancy Pants – It’s The Little Things trim. This is done by stitching two lengths of the trim together and gathering it onto the ring before you add the pages."
Cute by Suzanne Sergi
Suzanne explains, "It's The Little Things is simply perfect for documenting the everyday moments. The beauty of these papers is that they can coordinate so well, that they do not overwhelm your photos. Here on this page I used one of the 3x3 cards as my main embellishment. I created simple layers around this adorable sentiment. It included everything I wanted to say about my little girl. A few journaling tickets, a homemade flower, and my favorite stripe ribbon, are the finishing details to my page."
I hope you'll come back again Friday to see some beautiful projects by Guest Designer, Suzy Plantamura!
